Approximately 20 items will be auctioned live at dinner on the evening of November 1. Please be generous in your bids. This is our biggest fundraiser and continues to be a fun community event forthe entire year. Live auction items are to be paid for in full on the night of the dinner. Bring your check-book or Visa, MasterCard or Discover!
SiLent Auction:
•Silent Auction Items will first be offered the same evening as the Live Auction and bidding will continue between and after Sunday services on November 2 and November 9.
•For a minimum bid: once the maximum number of times offered has been reached, you may continue to bid but MUST bid a higher price to successfully win the item/service.
•If the item has a fixed bid, the first people to sign up will win. Any other bidders will be placed on await list.
•You will be notified by e-mail if you are the winning bidder for silent auction items.
•If you are the winner of a particular service or item, it is your responsibility to contact the donor toarrange for delivery of the service or item.
Payment is due for all items by two weeks after you receive your bill. Please make your check out toMorristown Unitarian Fellowship, write “Service Auction” in the memo line and mail to: Service Auction, c/o Morristown Unitarian Fellowship, 21 Normandy Heights Road, Morristown, NJ 07960. Ifwe do not receive payment in full for your winnings, your place will be taken by the next person onthe waiting list.

Some services have dates by which the service must be taken; all other services must be taken by September 30, 2015. If you have bought a service but do not take it by the time limit, your paymentwill be considered a tax-deductible donation to the Fellowship. Thank you.

Bidding RulesThere are two ways to bid – Minimum or Fixed Price.
MINIMUM BID – In order to win, you must make the highest bid. Please check the offers againeach Sunday to see if you want to bid higher.
INCREMENTS – If an item is marked minimum bid and beginning bid is $100 or less, you mustraise the bid by $5 to be considered. If minimum bids are $101–$199, please increase your bidby at least $10. If items start at $200 or more, please increase your bid by $25 or more.
FIXED PRICE – This is THE price.
