In today’s reading of the Passion, Jesus says, “This night all of you will have your faith in me shaken…” I imagine this bothered all of the disciples, but Peter was belligerent about it and insisted that his faith would not ever be shaken. He was wrong. I wonder if we have ever been so bold in our own faith? The last few weeks have been a bit scary and it is possible that some people have had their faith shaken. They may wonder, “Where is God in all of this?” These people may be your friends and neigh-bors, or the people you sit next to at church. These people may even be you. As missionary
disciples, we have been Empowered to give reassurance to one an-other that God is, in fact, at work in all of this. At the time of Jesus’ passion, His disciples must have felt a similar fear at the uncertainty of the situation. Jesus gave them these words, which can bring all of us comfort today as well: “…after I have been raised up, I shall go before you to Galilee.” Remember, Jesus goes before you ALWAYS. We are an Easter People! Find a way to fill this Holy Week with deep, authen-tic prayer and discipleship, and your faith will not be shaken.

Every Easter Sun-day our worship space is beautifully decorated with East-er Lilies. We did not cancel our order with the nursery, as they
plant in December and were counting on our purchase. So, when you tune in to Father's Mass on You Tube for Palm Sun-day and Easter Sunday, you will be able to see the beautiful lilies. Everyone stay safe and healthy. Prayers to you all!!

VINCENT DEPAUL Holy Spirit’s St. Vincent DePaul Society is part of a national organization whose primary function is to assist guests and their families, who live within our parish boundaries, during their time of need with rent, utilities, food or other necessities. Youth Ministry

WHAT’S THE FORMAT? Each broadcast is an hour long and includes games, music, and a teaching from one of the top Catholic youth ministry speakers in the country. Teens will be able to watch the live stream from any device – and be part of the BIGGEST Cath-olic youth night ever!
Every Sunday at 8:00 pm the youth are invited to meet in a ZOOM chat room. We will catch up and see how everyone is doing, pray with, and for one another, and offer advice as to how to navigate the upcoming week. Links will be sent out via email, text, and Holy Spirit website prior to Sunday night.

When we are free of the Corona Virus we are going to celebrate the people, the work, and the many accomplish-ments of our Youth If you would like to put your own artistic touches on the banner please contact Rita at 316-251-5002. I will drop the banner off in your driveway with art supplies. You will have 2 days to add your tal-ents, and then it will move on to the next artist. Let’s have some fun and make an amazing banner!
