Community dashboard or group helps a group of people to get connected over some agenda, Groups gives access to all the users part of same to post on wall and discuss over the related topics.Group enables a group of a people stay connected basis on different choices.
DASHBOARD NOMENCLATURE
Name and designation- User name and designation to be displayed.
Available budget to allocate- Total budget available with the user which can be
used for rewarding purpose.
Personal information- User can view/edit there personal info such as location,
contact details and other over here.
My Activities- User will be able to view the lists of rewardees rewarded from users
end in terms of monitory as well as social recognition.
Information- User will be able to view the recent updates of organization, e.g- New
community, referrals etc,
Participation- User can view the details of all the surveys which he/she participated
in or provided a response. Most recent will come on top following thereafter.
Leaderboard- User can view the list of top reward receivers as well as senders. It
will get shuffled with time and give you the details top receivers/senders for a
particular time frame (3 months)
Trends- User can view the trends basis on the boosts provided within the
organization whichever parameter has been rewarded most times will come on top.
Trends will show the details for 1 year.
Recent awardees - User can view the list of awardees basis on awards which they
received, awards frequency can be defined at the time of award creation itself.
User post- User can post on their wall which will be visible for employees of the
organization.
Search for employee/products- User can search for other employees of
organization as well as products.
Points available for redemption- User can use these points to redeem any product
available.
User account info- User can view their profile and account settings here, My profile
enables user see the post on his wall as well as personal information, Account
settings enables user to edit personal info.
User feed- User can view the details of whats happening in organization in terms of
recent awardees, birthdays and other live feeds.
Special perks- User can avail exclusive offers on multiple platforms.

Experience redemption- User can opt for any of the five experience categories comprising Adventure, Fine dining, hobbies, Tours & getaways and wellness. Experience landing page will give you option to sort basis on category, city, valid for as well as price. You can also sort the list by name and variable pricing (high to low, low to high).
Same will be applicable for other redemptions such as vouchers, special perks, learn and grow as well. User will be able to get the product basis on his requirement by putting on the filters of choice.

Special perks give you an option to avail exciting offers on multiple brands at par, once you choose for any there will be a coupon code generation which will be visible on the page as well as sent to the registered email id.

Instant rewards – Rewards can be send to a person, this can be inform of Awards, direct gifting of points or gift vouchers.
Nominations based awards – Employees can nominate their peers and other team members for an award. The award once approved by necessary approval authority, the employee would be awarded. The workflow can be designed as per requirement.
You can share reward points with your Peers through Peer Rewarding Module

Nominations Modules allows employees to refer their peers and team members to nominate for awards.These nominations shall be made available to predefined managers/HRs who shall be able to approve these nominations on a click of a button.The nomination and approval criteria can be customized on the basis of requirements of clients.

Send points reminder is a module which enables the admin to send a reminder to users who having budget available to allocate as well as points available for redemption.
In the landing page itself Admin will get an option where the nature of reminder can be selected (Budget points reminder and reward points reminder)

Budget points reminder can be used to send a reminder mail to all the users who having budget in their kitty for rewarding, Reminder mails can be customized, apart from highlighted part which is static all the contents can be modified basis on requirement, Also user can set a frequency to send mails by selecting auto reminder with time frame available.
Reward points reminder has the same feature as of budget point reminder, only here user can send a reminder to all the individuals who having redeemable points in there budget. Frequency, mail content customization as well as subject line of reminder mail can be changed according to the requirement.
