Beef and milk are full of antibiotics and hormones that congestthe liver and cause health problems.

Most milk comes from cows that are fed chemicals in their food.

Chickens are kept cooped up and fed chemical mash filled withantibiotics. They never see the light of day. Their meat and eggsare devoid of nutrients.

People and animals are eating too many packaged foods filled withpreservatives and lacking the vital nutrients necessary for health. These processed foods clog the colon and liver and congest the blood.

Eating processed foods after a while can create, not only bad fat to your body storage, but toxic buid-up, yeast, a slower metabolism, clogged arteries, thinner stomach wall due to aciditcy, and high blood pressure.

Too much wheat and sugar causes plaque and congestion in the colon, as well as the lungs.

Lots of mucus can build up in the sinuses as a resultof too much wheat, milk and sugar.

Refined white sugar feeds harmful bacteria in the body and causestooth decay. It also weakens the pancreas and can cause diabetes.

Aspartame is a sweetener used by many to make your morning coffee sweet. Eventually, it will make you feel sluggish and anxious. Also, as study of University of Texas Health Science Center shows - daily consumption of this artificial sweetener (sold under brand names NutraSweet, Equal and Spoonful) has been linked to 41 percent increased risk of being overweight.

Another report by one of the doctors of Washington University says that brain cancer rates in the US increased 10 percent, shortly after NutraSweet was approved by the FDA for widespread use as well as organ-toxicity. While this study does not confirm that aspartame is closely connected to the rise, the increase is suspicious. (From LGFGsecrets.com)

The teeth are one of the number one causes of poisons that drain intothe body creating disease. Amalgam fillings are full of mercury –a known carcinogen.

Table salt causes high blood pressure and burns up digestive enzymes.

And leaches calcium from the bone that can cause kidney stones,gallstones and arthritis. Caffeine has been linked to fibrocystic breasts.

Caffeine can cause adrenal exhaustion and dries up the fluids of the colon.

Our society is sick, exhausted, bloated, and overweight because the organs of the body are laden with poisons from our atmosphere and everyday eating choices!

A healthy colon should look like this, but many people have been constipated for a long time. If you do not have a bowel movement 2-3 times a day, you are not having regular bowel movements!

Small and large pockets can form in the intestinal walls that catch andhold waste material. Over time it putrefies and causes infection that you might not know you have.

One may be having bowel movements daily and still have impactedfecal matter on the walls of the colon.

Blood carries oxygen and nutrients into and away from the intestines through tiny villi. If these become pasted down with hardened wastes a person can become very ill. Gluten, pasteurized milk and sugar are pasty and gluey and can cause these villi to stop functioning. The result is fatigue and illness.
