If you got all the wealth in the world and
loss the soul- Is it worth having?
The book is about living with honors.
It describes the tools you will need for
honourable living and offers direction for
living with pride.
Honourable living is about accomplishment
not just achievement.
PRINCIPLES OF HONOUR
Values are universal and eternal: Truths don’t
change with time and calendar.
Consistency: Consistency dose not mean repeating
the same behavior all the time.
Character: It is sum total of many qualities which
reflected value.
Integrity: Integrity of a person is not measured by
his status or profession but by his conduct.
Diff. b/w integrity and honesty: - Integrity is a
core value whereas honesty or dishonesty is a habit.
FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS
Ethics – especially such a system based on
morals.
Loyalty-Hallmark of strong character.
Mental toughness- We have to perform our
best when we are feeling our worst.
An honourable person is: Bold but not a bully,
humble but not apologetic, confident but not
conceited, proud but not arrogant, Tender but not
weak, strong but not stubborn. Cool but not cold.
