Maintenance of the loaderBushings and pins

Check the following:

Replacing the bushings and pins:Remove worn bushings To remove worn bushings you will need a screwdriver with a sharp blade and a hammer or mallet. In the bushing there is a seam. Insert the screwdriver in the seam, bending the edge until the bushing can be removed.

Inserting new bushingsThere are two options to insert new bushings. First, ensurethe bushing is inserted squarely to the pivot point.

Option 1. Add a block of wood between the hammer and bushing edge and tap gently.

Option 2. Using a home-made bushing tool and block keys, screw in both bushings simultaneously.

Replace damaged pins Replace pins which are damaged or do not have a smooth surface. Even a small mark will lead to excessive wear.

Service Instructions for Front LoadersWhy You Should Keep Your Loaders In Good Condition

Bushings and Pins in good condition reduce gaps in pivots and make it easier to perform precision work. They reduce noise and protect the main components like cylinders and loader beams.

For best control for precision work, the Control Cables between the joystick and the loader valve should be smooth to push/pull and the internal gap must be minimum. Control Cables wear out due to high usage and moist or cold temperatures. Check and replace.

An Accumulator loses pre-charge every year due to gas permeation and normal use.

Recommended Service interval is 3000h (tractor/loader use)

Safety Lift arm support device: For extra safety the lift arm support device is recommended to be installed at the lift cylinder rod during service.

To avoid abnormal wear it is important that bushings interface with the pin. These bushings, coupled with our galvanzied pivot pins, will ensure the best performance.

Our unique pin locking design reduces the gaps and keeps the grease in place. Replace pins if they are damaged to avoid consequential damages to the loader or tractor.
