Loadmaster Industries was founded in 1986 as Loadmaster Derrick and Equipment. Our business has over 30 years of manufacturing, engineering and construction experience in the onshore and offshore energy industry. The company has historically specialized in the fabrication of large scale steel structures and related drilling equipment for the Upstream Oil & Gas market along with field services and inspection services. Over the years, Loadmaster has developed strong capabilities in handling multi-disciplinary construction projects and currently has evolved into a single source solution provider for the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Petrochemical Industry.

Loadmaster’s in-house engineering department is a licensed firm in the State of Louisiana capable of providing structural and mechanical design solutions for various industrial markets.

Presently, Loadmaster offers products, services and turnkey solutions for Onshore and Offshore Drilling and Production clients around the world. Additionally, we have expanded our commitment in Structural Steel design, fabrication and erection along with mechanical equipment, piping, pressure vessels and flow control systems for the Midstream and Downstream process industries.

Loadmaster joined the Wynnchurch Capital Group in 2012 expanding our financial strength and flexibility for growth in the execution of large scale capital projects around the world.

About Us Loadmaster Industries is a diversified manufacturing, engineering, design, and field services company with 30 years of experience in the global energy and industrial markets. UpstreamLoadmaster Industries, Inc. was established in 1986 under the name Loadmaster Derrick & Equipment, Inc. During the first decade after its establishment, Loadmaster was mainly known as a derrick and mast fabricator with high quality products.

Over the years, Loadmaster continuously kept growing and developing new lines of equipment for the upstream petroleum market. Today, our company is also known as a manufacturer and supplier of mechanical drilling equipment such as stand building cranes, automated pipe rackers, racking assists, retract dollies, casing stabbing boards, hydraulic catheads, deadline anchors, automated racking boards, well rite pipe stabbers, and parking systems.

Loadmaster’s broad experience and high quality products made us one of the most compatible providers of drilling structures, equipment, and services. In the last several years, our company was involved in numerous projects related to land rigs, large scale substructures, and complex offshore drilling vessels and platforms. Now, together with alliance partners, Loadmaster offers complete drilling packages for the modern upstream petroleum market.

MidstreamAt our ASME licensed facility, we fabricate and test high and low pressure piping, pressure vessels, process piping for specialty mechani-cal applications, pipe racks, modules and skid packages for the oil, petrochemical, and indus-trial markets. Our experienced engineering and manufac-turing teams are highly prepared to solve and execute different challenging tasks and projects related to the midstream petroleum industry. We implement a stringent quality control system to monitor all parts and processes in order to assure high quality and excellent performance of our final products.

DownstreamOur 30 years of experience in designing, fabricating,testing and servicing heavy and light structural steel, piping systems, and skid modules makes us an experienced and valuable contractor in the oil and petrochemical market.

We can offer various turnkey solutions for our downstream clients from initial design phase to the final fabrication and field installation stages.

Our engineering department is equipped with the latest structural and piping design and modelingsoftware packages as well as experiencedin-house engineers and modelers.

Our indoor fabrication and testing facilities are set up for structural and high pressure piping fabrication and testing. We have pipe rollout machines, CNC equipment for plate, angle, flat bar, beam and angle processing.

Our QC inspectors are trained to operate within AWS D1.1, AWS D1.5, ASME B31.3, AISC, RCSC, OSHA, and Coast Guard Codes and Regulations.

All operation processes are closely monitored by project managers and project coordinators to ensure on time quality products.

Project ManagementLoadmaster’s Projects Management Department works closely with customers and Loadmaster team members to ensure projects run smoothly, safety, on budget and on schedule.

Our project management team utilizes an advanced ERP systemto monitor all operations and updates customers regularly.

Engineering & DesignLoadmaster Industries’ Engineering Department is structured to handle a wide variety of structural, piping, and mechanical design work in order to meet multiple engineering challenges, with on-staff Mechanical, Structural, and Civil Engineers.

Quality Control & SafetyWith a quality system accredited by ISO, API, AISC, and ASME Loadmaster’s Quality Department is committed to providing high quality, reliable products that exceed customer, ISO, API, AISC, and ASME specifications.

All materials and parts must pass a multi-stage inspection process before being allowed to enter and proceed through fabrication.

With traceability being of such high importance, Loadmaster tracks all areas of concern within an advanced ERP system. MTRs, welder’s logs, and NDE logs are all tracked and attached to our ERP system.

Furthermore, Loadmaster Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies meet the highest level of Industry Standards. The company participates and maintains an approval rating with all industry standard safety programs: SEMS, ISNetworld, DISA, and NCMS.

Consequently, Loadmaster has received the Louisiana Workers Compensation Corporation (LWCC) “Safest 70” Award in four consecutive years.
