We can modify products and materials to meet your requirements.

The operating pressures specified in our catalogs are based on the design and materials of the components of our couplings. System pressure is determined by all of the components and adapters, and is limited by the operating pressure of the individual components or connected couplings, whichever is lower. Any alteration or modification of the couplings is prohibited. In any case where couplings are disassembled, tampered with or not repaired with original replacement parts, all warranty claims will be voided.

We reserve the right to make technical changes due to product improvements.

VOSWINKEL offers a wide range of products for agricultural machinery as well as for hydraulic systems of vehicles and construction equipment. Owing to the modular design, a large variety of connections conforming to international standards is available.

Quick Release CouplingsCharacteristics

HP Series Quick Release Couplings

Push-Pull TypePoppet Valve

Product DescriptionOne of the standard couplings used for agricultural machinery. The double-acting sliding sleeve is fixed in the locked position by means of a pre-stressed spring. For the purpose of uncoupling it can slide in both axial directions. The two halves of the plug-type coupling are locked together securely with precision snap-in balls.

The sliding sleeve can be installed in a bulk head with retaining rings. In this way, the carrier can function as a breakaway coupling. Should a probe be torn away from a carrier installed in this way, the system is decoupled and the valves close automatically, thus preventing damage to the hose and possible loss of oil.

UX/HX Series Quick Release CouplingsConnect Under PressureHigh Flow Poppet Valves

Product DescriptionAn extension of the HP product line, flow efficiency is increased in this series by means of the new HX connector. The function and development of this male connector can be used in both standard applications as well as extreme requirements. The geometry of the male connector, width across flats and connection options correspond to the VOSWINKEL HP Series.

Working in connection with the HX coupling, the newly developed UX female body offers safe use in high back-flow applications. The newly developed single-hand male connector can be engaged in the female body under full operating pressure. Further advantages include the breakaway function and a lower coupling and uncoupling force.

HS SeriesQuick Release CouplingsScrew-on Type Poppet Valves

FH Series Quick Release CouplingsFlat Face Type

Product DescriptionScrew-type couplings of the HS series are coupled by simply joining the male and female halves together until the thread contacts the limit stop. The coupling is designed to open both valves at the same time when fully engaged. For this reason, and due to their rugged design, they are particularly well suited for heavy-duty service conditions in construction machinery.

The range of operating pressures of this series is higher than that of the HP series. Screw-type couplings of the HS series can be coupled on both sides under pressure of up to 50 bar (725 psig). The self-locking connection thread prevents any disengagement of the screw connection caused by vibration. The screw sleeve of the probe, when correctly locked, must cover the black brake ring of the carrier.

Our well-balanced range of products offers a wide spectrum of couplings for hydraulic systems on construction equipment and agricultural machinery. Owing to the modular design, a large variety of connections conforming to international standards are available.

Product DescriptionThe FH series represents a significant advancement on the long standing and proven flat seal couplings through the use of better quality materials, which allows for even higher operating pressures than those pressures stated in the standard ISO 16028.

The function of the flat seal couplings is widely known. In addition to these features, safety is designed into the series FH in that all sizes are equipped with a safety system against accidental decoupling which the user can activate as an option. The construction of the flat valves ensures that coupling and decoupling only leads to minimum oil losses and/or air locks.

RK/RH Series Quick Release Couplings

Pipeline Couplings Flat Face Valves

Product DescriptionThe RK/RH coupling series are used for flawless connection of hydraulic lines without the inclusion of air and permit separation without any loss of medium.

This series is particularly suited for rugged applications. To guarantee optimum durability as well as no leakage during the application, it is necessary to screw the female and the male part together until the body threads are fully engaged.

Due to design modifications it is possible (depending upon size) to charge the male and female side uncoupled to a pressure up to 420 bar, without destroying any components.
