Dear Potential Supporter:

The Monsignor Clarke Golf Open will be held at the Valley Country Club on Monday, May 21, 2018. Monsignor Clarke is a Roman Catholic Regional co-educational school located in Wakefield, RI, with approximately 225 students in attendance. The Golf Open is our largest annual fundraiser for the school. All proceeds from the golf tournament will be used to provide enrichment opportunities for the children of Monsignor Clarke School.

We are requesting your support, either through participation, sponsorship, or prize donation(s) for our raffle and auction. Golfer registration is $150 per golfer and includes boxed lunch, cart, 18 holes of golf (scramble style), gift, and dinner. There are many sponsorship opportunities. Be a tee sponsor and display your business name and logo and/or a special message for only $100. For $150, display your company’s banner on our fence at the entrance to route 1 north from downtown Wakefield exit for the weeks leading up to the tournament. Beverage stop, golf cart, corporate, co-title and title sponsorships are also available. All sponsors will be acknowledged on signs at the registration table and in the program, as well as on the golf tournament’s website. The golf registration form and tee sponsorship/prize donation forms are attached.

With operational costs continuing to rise, this fundraiser has never been more important. All sponsorship donations are tax deductible. If you are in need of the Monsignor Clarke School Tax ID number for this purpose, it can be provided to you upon request.
