The Munich region is one of Europe's foremost business locations, playing a leading role in the IT, media, life sciences and finance industries in particular. Wide range of public schools

Munich has a broad selection of public schools to choose from. The City of Munich itself and the Free State of Bavaria run a total of over 320 educational establishments within the city boundaries, including almost 190 elementary, junior high and special schools, 23 secondary schools, more than 38 high schools and two municipal comprehensive school. There is also an array of evening classes, vocational and business schools, and an assortment of technical colleges etc., as well as a number of private schools.
