This is going to be a establishing shot this could be taken at any old fashioned house or a old care home. This could also be a warehouse which we found nearby where we live. The building needs to be that of a old Victorian building with a detailed exterior. The weather makes a difference here because I think filming on a grey dull day would make more of an impact.

This is another example of a building that we could use that is not old but it does have a old constructive look to it. This is a current building but could easily be used as a insert in our trailer. Other buildings that could be used is a church as they have the same Victorian décor like spires and towers.

These are location shots this is from a derelict building of a mental asylum although these are hard to find a modern one could be used. A hospital that is currently in use could also be a good place to film as it has a lot of corridors. Old libraries have the same effect with the old fashioned windows and corridors with its abandoned presence and atmosphere.

Any abandoned places would be a good location to film in even alley ways where fly tipping takes place – this is because it looks discarded and unloved. Alley ways are also a good place to film at night because it is dark and not many people use them. Un used sheds are also a effective especially one that the outside plants and bushes grows inside.

Another good idea for places to film is in museums that set up sets and rooms that are old from years ago. The transport museum is also a good place to go because it has dark tunnels and has sets that are made up like pubs and fake models dressed as old fashioned people. Filming from the transport museum could be used as inserts.

The black country living museum is also a good place to get footage for it has the models dressed up in Victorian clothing and his the old buildings.

This is the short of location we would like to film in – it is un loved and is abused.

This location doesn’t look abused but looks messy and dirty there are old abandoned houses that would look like these.
