Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015, read with Circular no. SEBIj HOjCFDjCMDljCIRjPj2020j84 dated 20th

May, 2020, an update relating to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the resultantlockdown, on the operation of the Company and the current status is furnished below:

a) Impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the business:The Registered and Corporate Office of Lohia Securities Limited is opened with limited manpower in accordance with the Government Directives. Some of the branches are still closed dueto continuation of lockdown. However, revenues and profitability have seen some impact dueto restriction in movements of personnels. The essential staffs have been attending offices andother staffs are working from home and the business is somehow running.

b) Ability to maintain operations including the office spaces functioning and closed down:The Company has taken conscious decision for uninterrupeted operations and ensuringworking environment. To ensure this, critical staffs have been asked to report to work at theirlocations. The Company has also made necessary arrangements to ensure that staffs are safeand comfortable at work.

Some of the staff has been asked to work from home, thereby ensuring regular operations,reporting and controls.

c) Schedule, if any, for restarting the operations:The Company is in operation and as substantial number of staff is working from office, hencerestarting of the operations is not applicable.

d) Steps taken to ensure smooth functioning of operations:

The Company is adhering to complete safety measures in its office to safeguard its employeesfrom Covid-19 disease. The Company has put in place strict monitoring process for Covid-19ensuring the following

• Thermal screeing of all employees and visitors• Sanitising the premises, employees and visitors• Maintenance of social distancing at all work places• Enforcing wearing of masks and regular cleaning of hands• Regular update of the health of all the employees and their families• Asking all employees to have Aarogya Setu App

The Company has been regularly conducting awareness programs for all its employees.

Clients and Vendors are attended on phones/ emails/ whatsapps and they are discourged tovisit the office.Payments are made mostly online.

e) Estimation of the future impact of Covid-19 on its operations:The Company is presently running with 40%to 45% of the total manpower resulting in shortageof providing services to its clients. However, there has not been any material negative impact onthe Company's performance so far. We expect further improvements with the gradual openingof the economy.

f) Details of impact of Covid-19 on listed entity's-• Capital and financial resorces:The Company does not plan to raise any capital in the near future and hence there is noimpact. Further the Company is comfortably leveraged on the debt front and can risefurther debt for expansion in future if situation demands.

• ProfitabilityThe Covid impact on profits will not be material.

• Liquidity positionThe Company has been meeting all its financial obligations so far.

• Ability to service debt and other financing arrangements:The Comapny has not availed any moratorium. The Company has never in the pastdefaulted on any interest or loan payment and does not see any issue meeting futureobligations too.

• Assets: .-None of the assets of the Company have been impacted or impaired by the=r.~_..\

• Internal financial reporting and controlThe Company has robust system in place and all its locations are well networked. Evenduring lockdown, all reporting systems worked seamlessly without any disruption.

g) Existing contractot agreements where non-fulfillment of the obligations by any party willhave significant impact on the listed entity's business:

The Company is in a position to honour all agreements with clients.

h) Other relevant material updates about the listed entity's business:Since some of the employees have been working from home and with the limited resources attheir disposal amidst the lockdown, there may be delay in RBl, Stock Exchange, SEBl, MeA and

other regulation compliances.

We may like to state that the foregoing expressions are intial assessments of the situation andthe final empact on any activities can only be assessed after the lockdown is over and the

normal economic activities commences.
