Why Choose Us

• Our fees

• Our associate attorney rates are $225 per hour, but for BNI members, we will give a discount to $200

• My rates as the firm partner are $375 per hour, but for BNI referrals, it will be $350

• Most closing costs are around $1000, and the title policy premiums are based on the purchase price

• Our fee for setting up most entities is around $400

• Review of contracts and documents is done on an hourly basis, and many simple contracts can be reviewed for as little as $150

• Bankruptcies costs vary depending on whether consumer or business
