RefPro was established in 2006 by BT Commercial and B&J Refrigeration. With over 10 years of experience in refrigeration services, the main scope of this merger was to offer the best product in the refrigeration industry.

RefPro has also teamed up with foreign, well established companies and successfully started importing and installing refrigeration equipment and individual cold rooms.

LARGE VOLUME COLD STORAGE

INDUSTRIAL INSULATED WALLS

The construction of smooth, flush internal walls with extremely rigid tolerance is carried out using panel assembly. The panels are assembled together by means of a male and female joint. A silicone sealant is applied between each panel in order to guarantee perfect air tightness of the installation, avoiding any leaks. The thickness of the panelling can vary according to the temperature required. Panel thickness are available in 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180 and 200mm. The main advantage of these panels is that you can build your cold room to any design, size and shape.

We can also provide fire retardant panels such as Firemat Wall which consist of two coated galvanised sheets insulated with polyurethane foam and a layer of rock wool at the inside of the panel. Another type of panel for large volume industrial use is the Cam Lock Type Panels. The panels’ junction system uses male/female joints and an eccentric galvanised steel hook to join the two panels together. In this case the panels can be easily assembled and dismantled if required. Panel thickness varies depending on the temperature required.

In both systems all corners between ceiling and walls are covered with round coving and sanitary floor skirting is applied. The internal finish of the panels is very smooth so that they can be cleaned easily.

MODULAR COLD ROOMS

This range of cold rooms is ideal for small and medium sized commercial businesses. These can be manufactured in different sizes and the panel thickness varies according to the required temperature. The construction system of modular panels is by means of an eccentric galvanised hook which guarantees very high thermal insulation. The room can be easily assembled. A great advantage of these panels is that they can be easily modified and extended to the required size without causing any damage. The floor and ceiling perimeters are internally rounded using joints and profiles allowing safe keeping of internal hygiene. Floors of modular cold rooms can also be reinforced if palletisers are going to be used inside.

INSULATING DOORS

Service Doors can be single leaf or double leaf and come in different sizes. Each door is manufactured to high standards of finishing and are easy to wash. These are suitable for offices, processing rooms, kitchens and the pharmaceutical industry. Different colours and accessories are available upon request.

The to-and-fro doors are available in single or double leaf with modular anodised aluminium frame. These are equipped with double-action hinges with a 90° stop, oval porthole and rubber bumpers for protection of doors. These types of doors are suitable for kitchens, the food industry as well as the pharmaceutical industry.

FLAP DOORS

The Flap Door series come in single leaf version with a galvanised or stainless steel mechanism structure. These types of doors can be used as a partition for rooms and to separate areas with different temperatures.

PLASTIC CURTAIN DOORS

Plastic Curtain Doors are transparent PVC strips hooked to a stainless steel structure and are mainly used for cold room doors.

INDUSTRIAL DOORS

There are two types of Industrial Doors: the upwards folding door and vertical rolling doors. Due to their strength and reliability these doors are normally used in industrial applications where passing of fork lifters is frequent.

Our manufacturer specialises in different types of condensing units to accommodate any job and customer requirements. Condensing units available are: semi-hermetic compressors, sealed compressors and scroll compressors.

All condensing units can be manufactured enclosed in an anti-corrosion frame and as ‘silent’ versions with very low noise levels, ideal for residential areas. Our units are supplied with Dorin, Copeland or Bitzer compressors as requested.

Our condensing units are supplied with: flexible vibrating joints, LP and HP cut-out, liquid receiver with shut-off valve, oil separator, oil pressure switch and variable condenser fan speed.

REFRIGERATION CONDENSING UNITS

Our manufacturers produce a wide range of Multi-compressor systems for supermarkets, cold room complexes and also low temperature cold stores. Centralised units are available in a wide range of models. They can vary from outside units to indoor units with a remote condenser.

All centralised units are manufactured and designed for each specific job. They can be installed with scroll Copeland compressors for very low noise emission or with semi-hermetic compressors such as Frascold, Bitzer and Copeland. All units are controlled by a Carel microprocessor which controls all compressors independently from each other.

The main advantage of centralised units is that they are designed for maximum efficiency thus reducing energy consumption. All safety controls such as low-high pressure cut-outs, oil level regulator with oil separator, oil cut-out, condenser fan speed regulator and electromechanical central in case of faulty electronic board are installed on all units.

ISA is one of the leading companies in commercial refrigeration which offers elegant and efficient solutions for the display of fresh, chilled or frozen foods for every application.

We can offer one-off cabinets or complete outfits for: Ice-cream Parlours, Delicatessens, Butchers, Convenience Stores, Supermarkets

All cabinets can be supplied with condensing units mounted under or on top of the cabinet. Remote condensing units are also available. Our services also include custom cabinet design and layout to customer’s requirements.

MODULAR SHELVING FOR COLD ROOMS

Our shelving systems have been specifically designed for cold room usage to help preserving products in good order and are available for both small and large volume cold storage. These can be supplied in various heights and widths, according to the customer’s requirements. They are very easily assembled and also easily dismantled for cleaning. In compliance with the food hygiene regulations, all shelving corners are round to ensure good hygiene and facilitate cleaning.

All shelving is made of aluminium shoulders and plastic surfaces. Corner shelving can be assembled by the quick and simple application of corner supports in replacement of the shoulders, therefore allowing full utilisation of the corner.

SUPERVISION AND DATA RECORDING

All centralised units are installed with a Carel microprocessors so that all data can be recorded. The centralised unit, cold rooms or cabinets are connected in series to a PC by means of a two-core wire so that all your refrigeration plant can be visualised on a monitor and even recorded. The on-screen graphs show you temperature readings, history of centralised unit, number of times the door was opened, defrost duration, evaporator fans, if lights in cold room are on or off and all alarms. Thanks to this system you can keep your mind at rest about the refrigeration plant and most of your products.
