History of Telengana Movement and the beginning of Naxal movement happened onlysimultaneously.

Telangana will always remain the glorious chapter in the history of peasant struggles for Indian

communists.

So many historians believe that rise and fall of first Telengana movement in 1946-1951 has still leftlot to do.

Telangana also facilitated the growth of three distinct lines within the Indian communist movement.

Nowadays Bharatiya Janata Party is the only party who openly declares support for smaller state toenable smooth administration.

During UPA1 we have seen left has always distanced them from the demand of Telengana.

They knew if they fuel this division, they will have to support Gorkhaland. They have vociferouslycalled BJP as separatist force during last Loksabha and assembly elections. Congress and TMC joinedthe chorus as well.

They never told us yet the logic behind making Goa as a separate state, which has lesser area.

After 19 51, a communist government was formed through the ballots in Kerala in 1957 but waspromptly dethroned.

Elsewhere an incident in a remote area transformed the history of left-wing extremism in India.

In a remote village called Naxalbari in West Bengal, a tribal youth named Bimal Kissan, havingobtained a judicial order, went to plough his land on2 March 1967.

The local landlords attacked him with the help of their goons.

Tribal people of the area retaliated and started forcefully recapturing their lands. What followedwas a rebellion, which left one police sub inspector and nine tribals dead...

Telengana activists once again resurfaced in the vigorous struggle movement in Andhra Pradeshwhere Telangana is located.

It is now, 30 days and the struggle keeps going on.

Power lover Left parties sat on the fence.

While the origin of whole Telengana movement is a communist movement since 1946, they donthave any more the same courage to take a stance on this.

Violent faction of Left once again alone remains active there.

So we see how the centre of Left political violence now got shifted to Telengana and why?

Chief Minister of West Bengal called them for talks -Maoists refused.

Central Home Minister informed Chief Minister that Naxalites were planning to kill her.

This mustnt have surprised their old ally who knew their ways.

The CM committed to economic revival now restarts Military operations there again in Lalgarh thehotbed and their alliances battle ground - the political game we see already lost by clueless anddogmatic Ultras who now face not a political foe like Communist Party of Marxists unpopular withmass- but a woman who is hailed as a harbinger of economic and political change and aRevolutionary.

Many wonder rightly why she protested against such anti-Ultra left security forces operationsbefore coming to power.

To adroitly exploit the divisions within the Bourgeoisie parties to eventually finish each politicalforce in turns as advised by Marx?

No other groups other than Naxals can do this. CPM is totally broken force now.

All along the Ultra leftist we see fail to see the ground slipping from under their feet, and each movecomes as they get further marginalised and uprooted.

Mamata stays one step ahead of their own game and gains more allies from Left and right of spectrum.

So it is clear the much sought Ultra leftists Bloodshed will get whetted only elsewhere-

In Telengana where this will continue and a new chapter of Extremism will be rewritten in Bengal.

That is written off in Bengal.

The two states which have long history of left politics, many things might be coming to write aboutfor posterity in the History book.
