and he acted . a1.rs area thru
o 1977. This letter demonstrates that even before our situation, Soghanalian uti_lJzed Miami as the hub of all activities. You have data in your possession showing utilizat_ion of Miami during our situation. And I am in process of obtaining for you copy of even further correspondence written in the spring of 1978 showing util_iza-tion as of that t_ime.
Copy of Minutes of United Trade Internationa_l, a corporation utilized by both the Soghanalians -in perpetration of its fraud against Bo1: h2~h eflec~in2 the involvement of! as well as; I who is Soghanalian s accountant and who, al_legey, 1.s prepar1.ng tax returns which will show Soghanalian' s receipt and disposition of our $1,153,590.
I I letter to me of September 29 with copies of telexes. All telexes refer and demonstrate Soghanal_ian' s activities .in Miami.
Copy of bank account relat_ionships and expenditures, including the Miami Bank Accounts. For your convenience, I have highlighted certain of that -information by yellow line. Although this pertains to United Trade International, note the involvement of So~an and payment of his accounts, and note the involvement of L_____Jwhom

I interpret to bel I We have considerable other such data in this regard if you-have need to :review same.
Copy of telephone records froml !wherein he'was attempting to gain back payment from Soghanal_1anor al_l calls made in behalf of ~oghanalian. I have hastily yellow lined the frequency of calls to the Miami residence_ of Soghana-lian and also to Numer_ich Arms in Woodstock, New York during the months of November, December and February. I ; I has characterized himself as the Regional-Director of un1ed Irade International, Inc. He wrote one of the letters of excuses fornon-del_ivery of the merchandise _in that capacity. Soghanalian, under oath, has denied that he ever saw either the letter or that [ I was in any way connected with United Trade or the Boca transact_ion. In-cidenta_lly, -we have a grfat deal more telephone records and other charge records attending_ I both in the United States, England and Portugal.
Last, though not direc~ly tied to our fraud situa~ion, I enclose copies of Lisbon newspaper articles dealing with shipment ~-
o Somoza. We know that Soghanalian, along with one as the front man, was involved in these shipments an t at our client's monies to. purchase some of the armaments.
I trust this informat_ion wi_ll be of meaning in your continuing consideration of the matter.
Sincerely yours, ANDREWS & LUBBERS
