Goodfellas Year 5 and 6 boys are attending a fabulous ‘all boys’ full-day workshop which incorporates programs to help transform young boys into thinking, confident young men. This will take place this Wednesday 25th March. Topics discussed during the presentation will include the disengagement from school, the pressure to look a certain way, feeling like they cannot express the full range of emotions, fall outs with their mates, limiting gender stereotypes… all are issues plaguing our boys. Please have any outstanding notes and money returned to the office tomorrow.

Safetytown website – A road safety education program

This innovative website reinforces the road safety messages that children are learning at school. It provides practical strategies to help families learn how to be safer pedestrians and road users. The seven key road safety messages cover pedestrian safety, car passenger safety, bus passenger safety and safety on wheels (bicycles, foot scooters, skateboards and rollerblades).
