Welcome friends to the first of many Trusted Performance bull sales. The relationship with Lott Farms and McMurphy Farms began almost 2 decades ago while in a school suburban headed to a livestock judging contest. Teammates then, throughout college and still today make this a special event for both Farms. We have also been long-time family friends with the Goss family and are excited that they have jumped on board with us. We have all been focused on raising bulls that balance genetic statistics with visual correctness and this is why you will find similarities in the type and kind of bulls offered on March 10, 2015. This is a marked time in the cattle industry and one that may not come again for a long time. But as cattlemen and cattlewomen we all know that even as prices fluctuate, margins remain fairly constant. However, if there has ever been a chance to shift your fate and improve your genetics to add value to them it is now. We believe the future will be much different in the cattle business and we will get paid for the investment we make in our genetics. There were naysayers in the industry when CAB started marketing quality beef and look at where it is today. Or even when we started selling red bulls a decade ago when there wasn’t a Red Angus in our country and today they are premium cattle.
