As Director, Achal is responsible for managing the overall operations of Lotus Greens. In his 25 years of professional career, Achal has held leadership positions with organisations like DLF, Unitech, Vipul, Emaar MGF & M3M and has successfully launched their landmark projects in Delhi/NCR. Achal’s understanding & knowledge of the business and best practices is a testament to his ability and hard work. Though his real strength lies in Sales and Marketing, his experience as CEO and MD for various real estate firms has made him a pillar of knowledge in areas like project planning & execution.
As Chief Financial Officer, Manoj provides overall direction and oversight to finance and accounts of Lotus Greens. He has more than 20 years of experience of which 12 years have been in real estate.In his earlier role he has worked in the capacity of CFO at Unitech Ltd. Manoj has extensive experience in raising and mobilization of funds. His strengths include financial management, strategic planning, business restructuring, risk management, mergers and acquisitions.Manoj is a chartered accountant by profession and is considered amongst the top names in real estate sector.

Manmeet Batra is working with Lotus Greens as Head Architecture and Planning. He is a silver medallist from IIT Roorkee with more than 23 years of experience in the field. He has worked on a variety of projects including Residential, Hospitality and Health care.In his last assignment Mr Batra was Head Architect at BPTP Ltd.

Gautam has over 13 years of experience in Funds Raising, Investment Management, Domestic Lending combined with Expertise in Liquidity Management at project and entity levels. His strengths include, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Modeling, Treasury Operations, Due Diligence Exercise, Process Reengineering and Investor Relations. Gautam has previously worked at Avelar Energy, Emaar MGF Land Ltd, GECIS and Export Import Bank of India. He has been part of financing over $600 million in his past stints.
Arun is a part of Finance and Accounts team at Lotus Greens. He has over 20 years of experience in comprehensive finance management, planning and forecasting, sustainable processes, bottom-line growth, joint venture operations, global finance, client servicing, secretarial compliances, financial systems and policies, MIS, IT enabled reporting platforms, strategy, shareholding structure and cost control. Before joining Lotus Greens, Arun has worked in India and Singapore for reputed multinationalorganizations. Arun is a Chartered Accountant and also holds an MBA degree.

In his previous role at Jones Lang LaSalle, Ashwani handled Business Analysis for corporate solutions vertical, where he worked extensively on developing real estate solutions and occupancy strategies for corporate clients. Ashwani is a silver medalist from IIT Roorkee and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction.
Rohit is managing Strategy & Marketing for Lotus Greens. An MBA from IIM Calcutta and B.Tech. from MERI, Rohit is principally involved in overseeing long term corporate planning, project business plan, deployment planning, business development & corporate branding.He has worked with organizations like Unitech, Bharti Realty and M3M gaining extensive exposure to land acquisition, project development along with sales and marketing and has also run a real estate advisory boutique firm.
