NOTICE OF AWARD RFP#R17112

SECURITY GUARD SERVICES

In order to provide security guard services for the Administration Building, the Procurement Office issued a Request for Proposal (RFP). Three (3) responses were received. A review committee representing staff from the Administration Building and the Department of Safety and Security reviewed and evaluated the proposals. All three companies were then interviewed. The award of RFP#R17112, Security Guard Services, is being made to First Coast Security Solutions who submitted the most highly rated proposal and who was determined to best meet the requirements of LCPS. The contract value is approximately $57,200 per year, with three renewal options. We appreciate your interest in being of service to Loudoun County Public Schools.
