#I19199, Miscellaneous Computer Supplies and Equipment for Ongoing Needs, as per the attached

staff recommendation.

SUBJECT: IFB #I19199 Miscellaneous Computer Supplies and Equipment for Ongoing Needs RECOMMENDATION: That the Loudoun County School Board award IFB #I19199, Miscellaneous Computer Supplies and Equipment for Ongoing Needs, in accordance with the attached staff recommendation for the period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019/ SUMMARY: In order to provide miscellaneous computer supplies for the ongoing needs of the school system, the Procurement Office solicited bids from 201 vendors. Six (6) response were received. Staff is recommending award to the low bidder on the specified item or an acceptable substitute. No bids received on items # 2, 20, 24, and 38. The estimated value of this contract is $250.000 and is included in the Department of Digital Innovation appropriated budget and school allotments. This recommendation will be considered by the Finance and Facilities Committee at its meeting prior to the Board Meeting.
