Over 27 years of technical experience in the management of multimillion-dollar projects across the Gulf coast, including 13 years as a senior project manager. Currently as the President of ARS, he is the principal-in-charge of all company activities including finance, deployment of resources, contracts and procurement, client relations, and technical management. Highly experienced in all elements of the PWS and frequently acts as the point of contact for large-scale projects further demonstrating his commitment to project and corporate success. Possesses 11 + years of experience in subcontract management experience including staffing companies, laboratories, IT service companies, and supply chain vendors.

ARS International, LLC- a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Aleut Corporation (June 2013 to Present) President Responsible for the overall operation of ARS, LLC, including financial and business operations, as well as technical direction of ARS' federal, field and laboratory operations.

Rust Remedial Services (formerly Chemical Waste Management) (1992 to 1993) Project Manager/Radiological Control Supervisor- supervised projects throughout the U.S. performing site characterizations, installation and analysis of monitoring wells, monitored access and egress for radiation/contamination of personnel, vehicles, etc., monitoring effluents, water and soil analysis, sampling of HRMW and disposal shipment to Barnwell, collection, maintenance and interpretation of radioactive support data/bioassay data, and daily surveys for radiation and contamination.

US Navy (1986 to 1992) Lead Engineering Laboratory Technician Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of nuclear power plant and steam plant, turbines and associated mechanical equipment onboard FBM submarines. Oversaw and maintained proper chemistry and radiological controls of ships primary and secondary nuclear power plant. Responsible for the supervision and training of naval personnel.
