Begin by using a Stampin' Up! Paper Trimmer to cut a piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock to 4 1/4 x 11. Score and fold at 5 1/2.
1.
Adhere a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 piece of Basic Black Cardstock to the card base with Stampin' Seal. 2. Layer and adhere a 3/4 x 5 1/2 and a 3 7/8 x 5 1/2 piece of True Love Designer Series Paper together and to the card as shown with Stampin' Seal.
3.
Adhere a 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 piece of Basic Black Cardstock to a Foam Adhesive Sheet. Zip through a Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine with the Always Dies. Adhere to the card as shown.
4.
Adhere a 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 piece of Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper to an Adhesive Sheet. Zip through a Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine with the Always Dies. Adhere to Basic Black die-cuts as shown.
5.
Stamp the "you" in Versamark Ink onto a piece of Basic Black Cardstock. Cover with White Stampin' Emboss Powder. Set with a Heat Tool.
6.
Adhere to a Foam Adhesive Sheet. Crop with a Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and the Always Dies. Adhere to the card.

Pull apart the Basic Black / Basic White Playful Pets Baker's Twine. Make a bow and adhere as shown with a Mini Glue Dot.

Adhere two Heart Charms as shown with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. 9. Embellish with Matte Black Dots. 10.
