International Industries Limited (IIL) is Pakistan’s largest manufacturer of steel, stainless steel and plastic pipes with an annual manufacturing capacity of 750,000 tons and annual revenues of Rs. 25 billion.

In support of the Government initiative to build 5 million low cost houses in Pakistan, IIL has designed and constructed multiple different model houses that can be built swiftly and at a low cost.

These houses are built using the following products from International Industries Limited (IIL) and International Steels Limited (ISL):

- Hollow Structural Sections (HSS)- Galvanized Iron Pipes- LTZD Profiles- Profile Sheets

Each house has a different cost & construction profile with the maximum construction time taking less than 3 weeks.

The houses are suitable for all weather conditions and topographical situations, thereby lending applicability across Pakistan.
