State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. PROGRAM CONTENT: The program will present the latest SSARS updates accountants need to know in the preparation of financial statements. Discussions will include the proper use of OCBOA financial statements as well as the necessary work papers to be included in your files. LEARNING OBJECTIVES: At the conclusion of this seminar, the participant will be able to determine proper financial statement presentation, proper use of OCBOA financial statements, and the difference between the two. The participant will gain a better understanding of the current applications of SSARS including SSARS 19 and 20 as they relate to compilation and review engagements. Further, the participant will gain an understanding of accounting engagement work paper requirements as well as obtain samples of work papers for use in their offices.
