VIP, Voelkel Industrial Products GmBH, koruyucu kaplama-ların uygulaması için yeni geliştirilmiş olan 1:1 oranlamalı, düşük basınçlı LP-1 isimli makinesini tanıtıyor.

VIP LP-1 düşük basınçlı ve soğuk sprey makine özellikle ta-şınabilirlik ve kullanım kolaylığı için dizayn edilmiştir. Hız-lı uygulama ve tekrar kullanım sürelerinin avantajlarını kul-lanarak VIP ekyersiz püskürtme ürünlerinden üstün perfor-mans almak isteyen mobil uygulamacılar için uygundur. Ha-fif, çok amaçlı ve kolay kullanım sunar. Üzerindeki 25L’lik ambalajları ile VIP LP-1 stok maliyetlerini ve zaiyatları düşü-rür ve operatörün sprey sistemini şantiyeye kolaylıkla ve hızlı bir şekilde sevkine imkan verir. Varil taşıma zahmetine, bü-yük araçlara ve ağır yüklere gerek kalmaz.

Makinanın temelinde yatan; sağlam bir oranlama pompası-nın, güvenli ve doğru bir şekilde; kimyasal malzeme oranı-nı sprey tabancasına iletmesidir. Bu oranlama pompası, de-vir düşürücü dişli kutusu ile hareket eder, LP-1’in motoru-nun asla aşırı yüklemeye maruz kalmaması ve yıllarca per-formans göstermesi bu sayede güvence altına alınmıştır. VIP LP-1 sprey makinesi, hafif ve kolay kullanımı olan tescilli bir tabanca ile donatılmıştır. LP-1 tabancası; tetik açık ve ka-palı butonlarıyla birlikte monte edilmiş değişken hız kontro-lörü ile kompakt fakat gelişmiştir.

The VIP LP-1 low pressure, cold spray proportioning unit has been specifically designed for portability and ease of use. Ideally suited for the mobile contractor who requires the superior performance of a VIP spray applied seamless membrane with the advantages of rapid application and re-use times. It is light weight, versatile and reliable. Config-ured to accept 25L head packs the VIP LP-1 reduces chemi-cal stock holdings and wastage and allows the operator to quickly and easily mobilise the spray rig to site. No drums, no trolleys, no heavy lifting.

At the heart of the unit are the robust proportioning pumps that reliably and accurately deliver precise amounts of chemical product to the proprietary spray gun. The propor-tioning pumps are driven via a reduction gearbox ensuring that the LP-1`s motor is never overloaded and will perform reliably for many years. The VIP LP-1 spray rig is equipped with a proprietary spray gun that is light weight and easy to operate. Including a trigger on and off button along with an inbuilt variable speed drive controller the LP-1 spray gun is a compact but sophisticated.
