Finally, it is the last day, the final day of high school week celebration. And to make it more exciting and enjoyable, Zumba were first held at the LPNHS field. Zumba is prepared and made to show the importance of exercise and having a healthy lifestyle for our own health. Students of each grade level from each department ad by class, fall in line to the field and ready themselves for the zumba; the teachers, practice teachers also took their place in front and led the zumba exercise with the members of pep squad. The zumba started and each of everyone participated gracefully in three consecutive dance music. Right after the zumba exercise, the parade followed. The Grade 7 students first walked out of the school followed by the Grade 8, 9 and IV- year students and walked around the area of Tayabas City. The parade of each grade level is being judged by the judges of each five station according to discipline, liveliness and unity of each grade level, and the lie headed back to school. After the parade, all teachers by each deprtment gathered at the Banaba avenue and prepared the foods and drinks for the boodle fight, at noon, the boodle fight started and its nice to see the teachers and practice teachers eating with their bare hands, regardless of what others might taught. All ate happily and enjoyed the foods cooked with the presence of each other. Truly, eating fellowship is the best type of fellowship that we can have knowing well share what we have and our blessing to others.Next to the boodle fight is the most awaited competition of all teachers and students, the Wellness Dance Competition (field demonstration). This competition is between each grade level. All students are participants/ co mpetitors and so teachers of every grade level. The competition is composed of 3 minutes wellness dance (official wellness dance) and 3 minutes created dance steps. Before this final day of judgement, students experienced a three weeks of continuous practice with the help of MAPEH practice teachers and of course with the guide of each teacher in MAPEH subject (especially teacher of MAPEH department). Despite the burning heat of the sun that produces sweat and weakens students during the time of practices, all show patience and hard work particularly we, the practice teachers major in MAPEH who led the students and taught them the proper position of hands and feet of every step and made the routine of the dance. Each level has an assigned area to practice on.Ms. Vital and Mr. Caagbay handled the IV- year level; Ms. Del Pilar and Ms. Himor handled Grade9; Mr. Padin and Ms. Safra handled Grade 8; and Mr. Argete together with his partner, Ms. Urgelles handled Grade 7 level. Though some students throw negative words regarding the practice, hard-headed and show uninterested, were glad that most of the students encouraging us and one another that we can do it. Throughout the practice until the final rehearsal we had, unity is there. We made the props made by a drinking bottle and metallic foil and assured everyone has it. All are tired, we saw that but when the competition started, students gave their very best, shared their skills and talents to everyone. This field demonstration helps the students nurture and develop their skills and talents when it comes to dancing. This also thought them to be well disciplined, courageous, practice sportsmanship and friendship as well. So when the result of competition announced, we are satisfied with it.
