3. Selected candidates who appear their qualifying degree examinations after 15-07-2016 shall automatically be disqualified for admission.

4. Selected candidates whose qualifying degree results are awaited, shall have to produce their original Pass Certificates and Mark Sheets, latest by 22-08-2016, failure to which their admissions shall be cancelled.

5. The candidates are also to note the following:

a) REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS (INCLUDING COURSE REGISTRATION, DOCUMENT VERIFICATION ETC.) WILL BE HELD ON 21 JULY 2016 (THURSDAY). If a candidate fails to register on 21 July 2016, his/her selection shall be cancelled forthwith.

b) The selected candidates are therefore requested to reach the IIT Guwahati campus, positively by 20 July 2016 (Wednesday); so as to avoid any uncertainty.
