1.APPLICATION

1. Application is received by ADDITIONAL TAHSILDAR.

2. Application must be in form number-83. Court fee stamp for Rs 54. Copy of tax receipt/documents attached.

2.ADDDITIONAL TAHSILDAR FORWARD THE APPLICATION TO VILLAGE OFFICER FOR REPORT.

3. AFTER RECEIVING THE REPORT FROM VO.1. Addl. Tahsildar issues notice in form No-9 to the Applicant to remit the

survey fee.2. Applicant remit the fee in the treasury and produces challan3. Surveyor is authorized for conducting survey.4. Surveyor issues notice to the applicant and all the parties in the

Revenue List in form number 6.5. Surveyor conducts survey and prepare the sub division sketch.6. Surveyor submits the sub division sketch and report to the additional

tahsildar.

4. After receiving sub division sketch from surveyor.

1. Addditional tahsildar send the sub division sketch to the District Survey Supdt for scrutiny.

5. After receiving the approved sketch from the DSS.

1. Additional tahsildar send notice in form number 4 to the parties declaring the completion of survey and objection if any ,is called for.

2. Objections received will be forwarded to the DSS for final decision.

3. Sub division effected and the sketch is forwarded to village officer for effecting mutation and making necessary changes in the revenue records.

6. After receiving sub division sketch from surveyor.

1. Addditional tahsildar send the sub division sketch to the District Survey Supdt for scruitny.
