Job Guarantee

For the Undergraduate Trium Programme, the job guarantee is effective once they’ve completed:

1) Academic programme (BIB/BA/BSc/LLB) - All modules

2) Professional Qualification

• 1 level of CFA (if they applied for a CFA qualification)• 1 level of CIM (if they applied for a CIM qualification)• 5 modules of CIMA (if they applied for a CIMA qualification)• 5 modules of ACCA (if they applied for a ACCA qualification)

3) Graduate Development Programme – 3 or 5 modules (15 to 30 hours/module). Those are the pathways:

• International Business• Accounting• Financial Services• Marketing

Duration of the company-based learning will be from 6 to 12 months. Company-based learning will take place after the 2nd year of studies. Students can WORK during their students. Work experience can be in the

form of paid/unpaid internship or paid-full time job. We DO NOT GUARANTEE the company-based work experience. LSBF

careers division will assist and help the students BUT do not guarantee it. LSBF only guarantees a job at the time a student will satisfy all the conditions to qualify for a job guarantee.

•Comprehensive curriculum, designed to develop “soft” and “hard” skills necessary to follow desired career-path.

•The competencies that students will develop will range from the ability to communicate their ideas clearly and confidently, through to effective time-management and presentation skills. Students will also receive valuable sales training, and guidance in business etiquette; strengthening their ability to forge long-term business partnerships.

To qualify for a Job Guarantee:

Students must complete:

• 1 level of CFA (if they applied for a CFA qualification)• 1 level of CIM (if they applied for a CIM qualification)• 5 modules of CIMA (if they applied for a CIMA qualification)• 5 modules of ACCA (if they applied for a ACCA qualification)

• We guarantee to find the student 3 job offers within 6 months after graduation once they qualify for the job guarantee (please see conditions in the previous slide). In the case we don’t, he/she can ask for a guarantee payment of £2,500.
