available in the post of SLrb-lnspector of Police as on 01.07.2019 by conducting DepartntentalTest among the eligible ASIs/HCs listed as per the Annexule I & II.

2. The eligibility criteria, Subiects, Syllabus etc., and Method for conducting Test are

clctailed in the Annexure - III.

3. AII the eligible ASls/HCs who are found to have ftrlfilled the conditions of the

Recruitrner.rt Rules, as listed out in the Annexure I & [ respectively are, therefore, instructed to

be ready and prepared for the Examinations. The date. time & venue will be intimated thoroughCall letter in due course.

4. fhe ASIs/HCs those who belong to SC Community should produce Fresh commttnitycertificate issued under "The Constitution (Puducherry) Scheduled Caste Order, 1964"

5. Further, all the Supervising Officers are also requested to bring this circulal to all the

ASIs/HCs listed out in the Annexure I & II, and also to turnish the Certificate of lntegrity &Performance ltepoft, of the ASIs/HCs who are q'orking undel their control.

6. r The.superintendent of Police(HQ) may furnish the ccrtificates of No D.E .

7. The Officers concerned who rnaintain the service books may furnish the

certificates of No operative rrunishment for their respective ASIs/HCs among tl.re list. They

nray also prephr.e the statement of Service Records Q.Jo. of Rewards obtained) and keep ready to
