Etiquette Still SpellYou ignore penalties to diplomacy for dealing with foreign cultures.You also gain a +2 to charisma related checks for altering an NPCsinitial attitude towards you.

There is a maximum spell slot adjustment that can be achieved using this metamagic of -4 levels; any furtherreduction can only be used to compensate for increases resulting from other metamagics.EG: Greater Restoration has a normal casting time of 10 minutes and is normally a 7th level clerical spell. Usinga version that requires 1 week (continuous), or 3 weeks of 8-hour days, or 1½ weeks of 16-hour days wouldconfer a level adjustment of 6 (the value of 10 minutes) minus 12 = -6 spell slots. However, there is a maximumof -4 slots adjustment permitted; the remaining 2 levels of adjustment can only be used to compensate for +2spell slot levels in metamagic, such as 'Empower Spell' or 'Extend Spell'+'Enlarge Spell'.
