Work Description

Hold a Youth Triathlon on June 16, 2019 from 9:00am - 10:30am on the following roads Thomas J. Stockton Pkwy, Camden St, Wittington Blvd.All lane closures must be implemented in conformance with the VAWAPM. VDOT will not provide MOT. All lane closures require the applicant to call VDOT TOC at 703-877-3401 before setup and after removal of MOT. No markings are allowed to be spray painted on sidewalk, curb/gutter, or pavement that is within the VDOT right of way. All VDOT right of way is to be cleaned after the event. All Road Use Authorization guidelines must be followed and permit is not valid until the Fairfax County Police sign off on the Road Use Authorization Form.
