A favourite for fun-loving families! Spanish sunshine, sandpit fun, and
paddling pool playtime make for happy little monsters…and parents
taking a proper break.
We’re not exaggerating… our families LOVE it here! From the beautiful bougainvillea-
clad building to all the little ‘done-for-you’ details, which mean you don’t have to do
any of the boring bits if you don’t want to.
And for your energy-filled little tots? There is a whole play patio where they’ll have
non-stop fun building in the sandpit, swooping down the slide and choosing which
toys to play with (and it’s covered by a shady roof so you don’t need to fret about
them being in the sun).
When splash time comes, tinier tots can get water-confident in the inflatable
paddling pool, and older kids will love splashing in the safely enclosed pool. Meaning
that you might even squeeze in a cheeky siesta by the poolside.
And, it’s just a quick hop in the car (around 30 minutes) to Costa del Sol beaches, so
you can pop over for sand, sunshine and ice cream before returning back to a home-
cooked dinner, lovingly prepared for you with yummy home-grown veggies.
Top 10 reasons to stay here:
Shaded play patio with sandpit, slide, baby den, and toys
Enclosed private pool, as well as an inflatable paddling pool for tiny tots
Warm, welcoming owners, Harold and Susan, who are on-hand to help during
your stay
Tasty home-cooked meals on request
Drivable to the Costa del Sol for sunny, sandy beach days
Baby pack (nappies, wipes, whatever you need!) and shopping service available on
request
Welcome pack with some useful bits and bobs to start your holiday off
Just 35 minutes’ drive to Aquapark, with shallow pools and toddler slides
Housekeeping service
Laundry service on request (a nice break from endless mucky clothes)

All about the sunshine, grab your sun hats and get playing at this
elegant 5* resort… Where first, the play area, swimming pools, or Kids’
Club?
Nestled in the Algarve countryside, this beautiful resort sits at the bottom of the
hillside, the perfect retreat for your family holiday. Those who aren't keen on the
busy atmosphere of most resorts, this one is ideal, with a much calmer and more
peaceful vibe...but there are still plenty of spots for playing in.
Your days here will be filled with fun time at the children’s play area, running around
the masses of green gardens, and splash time in the pool and toddler pool.
While your little ones are making new friends at the kids' club, you’ll be able to fit in
some serious me-time with a Pilates class at the health centre, or take your clubs at
the local golf course.
For days out together, head to one of the nearby beaches for toe-dipping in the sea
and sandcastle building on the shore, or check out a local waterpark.
Top 10 reasons to stay here:
Your own private residence in a blissful 5* resort
Shared pool and toddler pool for plenty of splashing
Babysitting services available for moments of me-time
Kids’ Club free of charge for little ones over four during peak times
Outdoor children’s play area behind the pool area
Free shuttle to beautiful beaches
Restaurant that uses fresh produce from the resort’s own farm garden
Single-storey residence layout, perfect for little ones not yet steady on their feet
Spa and health club for unwinding or getting active
Bar open all year serving yummy tapas and delicious cocktails

AW16 Trend Report: This Season's Coats
With the chill well and truly settled in, we all need a cosy little number to
keep us warm and looking bang-on trend this season. Cue AW16's coats –
check out our retro-inspired favourites from the catwalk and high street.
First up, leather jackets, a
classic number that just
keeps on coming back
into fashion. If you've still
got one knocking about
from the '90s, now's the
time to dig it out.
Our catwalk favourite has
to be this number from
Diesel's Gold Label. For a more affordable, high street edit, we love Topshop's own
genuine leather jacket, complete with notched lapels and zip cuffs.
If you're not fussed about the real deal, we recommend the faux-leather jacket from
Miss Selfridge's AW16 range, which is just as stylish.
Another classic finding its
way back onto the catwalk
this season is the trench
coat, and we're thanking
our lucky stars for seeing
this one again – it's just
perfect for layering over
any look, from casual chic
to office wear.
Valentino's trench coat caught our eyes on the catwalk and we've been keeping our
eyes peeled for a high street edition ever since. Jack Wills has you covered with its own
version of this smart staple, ringing in at £149, it's a gorgeous way to cosy up this
winter.
For something in a lower price range, we can always rely on Asos. Take a peep at their
own brand trench coat, which is finished with beautiful oversize buttons.
