St Vincent and the Grenadines: There are over 32 islands and cays that make up St Vincent and the Grenadines; of these, nine are inhabited. There are five Airports in St Vincent & The Grenadines – E.T Joshua on St Vincent, J.F Mitchell on Bequia, as well as one each on Canouan, Union Island and Mustique.

MUSTIQUEAnother highly coveted, exclusive

island, Mustique is only 3 miles long

and 1.5 miles wide yet the tiny island

draws some of the most discerning

travelers to the lush landscape and

pristine, white sandy beaches like

Macaroni Beach, Pasture Bay Beach

and Endeavour Bay Beach. Rich with

history, Mustique hosts celebrities that

range from royalty to rock stars and

those seeking tranquil escapes.

The North Point trail meanders

through coastal areas inhabited

by native seabirds. On the island’s

west coast, Britannia Bay is home to

a collection of fruit stalls and small

shops. The island features several

coral reefs. The land fauna includes

tortoises, herons and many other

species. Its year-round population of

about 500 mostly live in the villages

of Lovell, Britannia Bay, and Dover.

BEQUIA As one of the more off the beaten

track islands in the Grenadines,

Bequia is a quaint island with the

old school charms of the Caribbean

Bequia is the second largest island

in the Grenadines at 7 square miles.

It is part of the country of Saint

Vincent and the Grenadines and

is approximately 9 miles from the

nation's capital, Kingstown, on the

main island, Saint Vincent.

CANOUANCanouan is a small island in the

Caribbean archipelago nation of

St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

In its hilly interior, towering Mount

Royal offers panoramic views from

for its beaches, including Grand

Bay Beach near the main town of

Charlestown. South Glossy Bay

has calm waters and views of the

southern Grenadines. The beach

GRENADA Known as the Spice Island, Grenada

is known for its lush green hills, idyllic

white sand beaches, exotic fruit and

the nutmeg in the air! Grenada has a

bit of everything, enjoy a tour through

the Belmont Estate Cocoa Plantation

and chocolate factory, a rum tasting

at the oldest rum distillery in Grenada

dating back to 1785, a historic tour at

Fort George, a dive at the world famous

underwater sculpture park, or a rugged

trail hike to the enchanted Seven Sisters

waterfall. Grenada will ease you back

to civilization with its warm culture and

simple way of life.

PETIT ST VINCENT Also known as PSV, Petit St. Vincent

is the southernmost island in the

Grenadines chain and a nirvana for

the environmentally conscientious

traveler. Telephones and TVs do not

exist here but natural beauty and “off

the grid charm” prove abundant.

PSV is surrounded by two miles

of white sand beaches. Inland, the

terrain consists of gently rolling hills

and tropical woodland. The highest

point on the island is on Marni Hill to

the northwest of the island, which is

275 feet above sea level.

PLANTS TO ST VINCENT. THE SUCKER FROM

ONE OF THOSE PLANTS CAN BE FOUND

IN THE BOTANIC GARDENS. THERE ARE

AT LEAST 25 VARIETIES OF BREADFRUIT

IN ST. VINCENT & THE GRENADINES

SUCH AS BUTTERHEART, CAPTAIN BLIGH,

COCOBREAD, CREOLE, CREOLE BLACK AND

CREOLE COMMON.
