LV switchgear panel 250A for transformer with capacitor bank correction: Technical Specifications: More Info: info@rabanalsafina.com Description LV switchgear panel 250A for transformer manufactured inside the factories of groups Raban Al Safina companies in Iraq and its includes 25KVAR power factor correction unit with all other components according to Iraqi standard D-09 and D-40 /2012 and the international Standard IEC 61439 /2011. The panel consists of: - Metal enclosure galvanized steel 2mm thickness steel plate with extended top cover. the capacitor holder is fixed at one side of the panel and supplied with two adjustable brackets for pole –mounting made of 3mm steel , all parts of panel are painted with electrostatic thermal powder coating (thickness 75-125 microns) The enclosure equipped with main front door with auxiliary small lockable opening for ON/OFF operating the circuit breaker without opening the main front door. - The circuit breaker is 250A MCCB molded case circuit breaker (Siemens) ambient operation temperature 55 °C- with thermal and magnetic tripping. - the busbar type is tine plated copper busbar supported on resin insulators and covered with colored shrinkable rubber insulators for the three phases and the neutral - the cross sectional dimension of the busbar are 8x30mm2, with suitable lengths. - The cable glands fitted on enclosure bottom for cable in and out - Power factor correction three phase unit(25KVAR) consists of outdoor type capacitor fixed on the enclosure side by capacitor holder to secure the capacitor from direct sun and environmental harms. - The capacitor contains discharge resistors and connected with fuses inside the enclosure (63A). All doors and hinged parts are equipped with compressible, heat resistive grouted seal on the inner edges using edges using sophisticated programmable injection machine to secure sealing: this is to substitute the ready made glued seals which may often tear off after while and heat affected
