From  here  you  can  see  that  the  mediation  server  is  connected  to  the  Digium  gateway  via  port  5060  

The  Mediation  server  has  2x  NIC  

Internal  IP:  10.1.60.131    

External  IP:  10.1.105.48  

The  External  Interface  has  a  gateway  of  10.1.105.1  and  as  standard  the  internal  interface  has  no  gateway,  so  we  had  to  setup  a  route  for  this:  

route  add  10.1.60.0  mask  255.255.255.0  10.1.60.1  metric  15
