Bring your family and friends down to the shell for an evening of live jazz music, courtesy of the Beverly High School Jazz Ensemble and the All City Jazz Band! Enjoy a relaxing evening by the water while these two bands entertain you with a potpourri of swing, Lat-in, funk, and fusion music! The BHS Jazz Ensem-ble is led by BHS band director, Adam Costa. JULY 15DECADES OF ROCKThe Decades of Rock band is a Massachu-setts-based premier classic rock band specializing in hard-hitting classic rock and butt-kicking blues to keep you dancing. Their family-friendly classic rock music is sure to resonate with the crowd. They’ll take you all the way from 50s to the 80s, from Frank Sinatra and Del Shannon through Bob Seger, Robert Palmer, and the Romantics.

SUNDAY, JULY 29 – TINY TOTS DAY

1:00-3:00PM: KAREN K & THE JITTERBUGSBUG OUT with Karen K and her Jitterbugs: Hop, Bumble, Stinky, and Slug Bug. This unforgettable, crowd-engaging, theatrical show featuring Karen K’s totally catchy tunes makes the Jitterbugs one of the most buzzed about bands for families and kids on the East Coast.Sponsor: Beverly Recreation Department

6:00-8:00PM: CHIN FRICTIONChin Friction includes Jim Parisella on guitar and vocals, Rick Mooney on bass, Scott Lantych on lead guitar, Mark Tarricone on drums, Saul Cohen and Bill Beckman on horns, and Sarah Lantych on keyboard and vocals. This true Beverly band will kick off Home-coming with a wild time at Lynch Park!

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 1 – LOBSTER FEST

NOON-2:00PM: THE REMINISANTS The music of the 50s and 60s will come alive with their renderings of rock ’n’ roll tunes. Considered by many as the best oldies band in New England, The Reminisants have been the opening act for such legends as Bill Haley and the Comets, the Belmonts, and the Platters.

3:00-5:00PM: TED SOLOVICOS & ROSEMARIE Come to the Beverly Homecoming Lobster Festival and enjoy acoustic rock music performed by Ted Solovicos and Rosemarie. Ted has performed in many venues with several different bands all over the North Shore.

6:00-8:00PM: RULE OF 3Come and experience Rule of 3’s take on some of the great harmony songs from the 60s, 70s and 80s! Justin Lewis Entertainment states, “With their stellar three-part harmonies, Rule of 3 celebrates some of the best songs of the sixties through the eighties, and they serve it up ‘unplugged-style’. By the end of the show you’ll find yourself tapping your foot, and singing along!”

1:00-3:00PM: PEACEWORK THE BANDPeaceWork the Band is home based in Beverly, MA. Most of the players in PeaceWork are former members of the Warlocks and the nationally known, Teddy and the Pan-das. PeaceWork members include Jim Collins (Lead Gui-tar), Don Moca (Vocals, Guitar, Harmonica), Bill "Sonny" Corelle (Bass Guitar, Vocals), Guy Cooper (Drums, Con-gas, Vocals), and Ralph Cooper (Drums)

4:00-6:00PM: GRITS & GROCERIES ORCHESTRABased out of Boston, Grits and Groceries Orchestra and their performance is tour de force. R.J. Ouellette of The Noise / Music New England raves, "These guys are TIGHT"! John Anthony plays a melodic bass also lend-ing some nice vocals. Robert Lyons delivers some in-sanely great tenor saxophone, whose sound pierces the atmosphere with mind boggling ease…Charlie O’Neal, on guitar, plays as if everything he did so well in his performance was simply an epic warm up to what he proceeds to do now. 7:00-9:00PM: HORIZON A perennial favorite, Ray Novack’s Horizon has everyone up and dancing at Lynch Park before the big fireworks show. Ray Novack, Nick Con-sone, Kelly Novack Lauranzano, George Arsenault, Bill Beckman, Jack Pickell and Brian Price all add their talents to this great Beverly band.

AUGUST 2COLD SPRING HARBORThe band “Cold Spring Harbor”, which is an album from Billy Joel, is a tribute band to Billy Joel and Elton John. There are four members of the band - all Triton High School students. Benjamin Eramo, An-drew Pesaturo, Josh Heselton, and Quen-tin Callewaert. When they perform they sound like the real Billy Joel and Elton John, and the audience really responds and sings along!Sponsored by: Beverly Homecoming Committee
