Outlook

Mirror yaw measurements:

- No measurement device available to measure yaw

movement with 1µrad resolution @100Hz sampling rate.

- Solution: Use x-ray beam to measure effect of mirror

vibration in FEH.- Install vibration device and seismometer sensors on

PAMM of 3/20.

Measure construction activity:

- Installed sensors in BTH today.

- Construction activities and vibration measurements on

3/19.
