RO/ Salutare! Noi suntem Hannah, Lisa, Vivi i Julio, voluntari ai proiectelor ,,Voluntariatul sun bine! i ,,3G! Go.Give.Gain n cadrul crora am petrecut aproxima-tiv 1700 de ore de voluntariat lucrnd cu 900 de copii spitalizai n Clinica de Psihiatrie Infantil Cluj-Napoca, timp de un an. Pe parcursul acestei perioade de interaciune cu copiii am creat o serie de activiti i workshop-uri specifice animaiei clinice. n cadrul acestei publicaii am colectat 30 de idei de activiti, care au fost ndrgite cel mai mult de ctre copii i ne-am hotrt s le mprtim cu voi. Le-am mprit n trei categorii: Elefantul nendemnatic - activiti uoare Leul cel curajos - activiti medii Pasrea flamingo cea agil - activiti dificileFiecare card prezint o activitate, descris cu ajutorul fotografiilor i a textului bilingv n lim-ba romn i englez. Cardurile pot fi desprinse i folosite separat.V invitm s ncercai toate activitile, lsai-v imaginaia liber!

EN/ Hey people! We are Hannah, Lisa, Vivi and Julio, volunteers of the Voluntariatul sun bine! and 3G! Go. Give. Gain. projects, in which we spent around 1700 hours working with 900 kids hospitalized in the Psychiatry Hospital for Children, for one year. During this period of time while interacting with the children we have created a variety of activities and workshops related with clinical animation. In this publication we have collected thirty of our ideas that we have found the children have enjoyed most and we want to share them with you.We have split them into three categories: The clumsy elephant - easy activities The courageous lion - medium activities The agile flamingo - hard activitiesEach card presents one idea with photos and both English and Romanian descriptions which you can take out separately.Have fun trying out the activities! Let your imagination run wild!

materiale necesare: Carton subire colorat, capsator, foarfec, creioane, sclipici, lipici, pene colorate

pasul 1: Ia o bucat de hrtie colorat i taie-o n dou pe lungime, aa nct s rezulte dou buci identice.

pasul 2: Acum capseaz capetele celor dou fii egale, unele de altele, aa nct s dai form plriei. De asemenea verific dac se potrivete pe cap.

pasul 3: Dintr-o alt bucat de hrtie colorat deseneaz nite cornie, decu-peaz-le i lipete-le la locul potrivit, pe forma plriei.

pasul 4: Acum te poi amuza adugnd plriei ochi, urechi sau alte elemente. Poi ncerca mai multe tipuri de plrii-animale, folosind acelai model, dar adugnd alte tipuri de urechi sau folosind alt gam de culori.

you will need: Coloured card, a stapler, scissors, pens, glitter, glue, feathers

step 1: Take a piece of coloured card and fold in half length ways. Then cut a straight line along the folded side of the card so that you have two identical strips.

step 2: Staple the ends of the strips together, so that you have your hat shape and then check that it fits on your head.

step 3: With some more coloured card draw some antlers, cut them out and then glue them into place at the back of your hat.

step 4: Now you can have fun decorating the rest of your hat with eyes and ears and you can experiment by trying out different animal hats using the same hat template but changing the ears and colours to create some more cool animal hats!

materiale necesare: bee din lemn (de la bomboane/ngheat), lipici solid, hrtie sau carton colorat, foarfece, creioane colorate, pene i sclipici pentru decorat

pasul 1: Vopsete n ce culoare doreti un b din lemn.

pasul 2: Decupeaz din hrtie sau carton colorat forme de aripi de fluturi sau petale de flori.

pasul 3: Lipete la alegere (spre exemplu, aripile de fluture) pe bul din lemn.

pasul 4: Decoreaz aripile folosind sclipici. Adug orice detalii se potrivesc. Gata!

you will need: Lolly sticks, glue, coloured paper or card, scissors, coloured pens, feathers and glitter

step 1: Choose your coloured lolly stick or if you have un-coloured sticks, paint it your chosen colour.

step 2: With coloured cardboard or paper, draw and cut out butterfly wings or flower petals.

step 3: Now you can glue your wings or petals to your lolly stick.

step 4: Add details with glitter, feathers and coloured pens. Finished!

pasul 1: Ia o bucat de carton colorat i ndoaie-o pe lungime. Acum deseneaz cteva forme n partea deschis i d contur vrfului coroanei.

pasul 2: Acum taie bucata n dou peste ndoitura creat, aa nct s ai dou fii identice.

pasul 3: Prinde cu ajutorul capsatorului cele dou capete ale fiilor, mpreun, aa nct s rezulte forma unei coroane.

pasul 4: Coroana e aproape gata, mai trebuie doar s o decorezi cu puin sclipici, pene etc.Poi concepe o coroan de forma unul animal, prin adugarea unor urechi sau ochi.

step 1: Take a piece of coloured card and fold in half length ways, draw and cut the open side to create a cool shape for the top of your crown.

step 2: Cut a straight line, along the folded side of the card so that you have two identical strips.

step 3: Staple the ends of the strips together, so that you have your crown shape and then check that it fits on your head.

step 4: Now the fun part, decorate your crown however you like using glitter, feathers etc.You can also make animal crowns by adding ears and eyes. Enjoy!

pasul 1: ndoaie o coal de hrtie colorat n dou, plaseaz degetul arttor pe aceasta i traseaz un contur la aproximativ 1 cm distan fa de deget. n funcie de aceast linie, deseneaz conturul animalului dorit.

pasul 2: Acum decupeaz forma animalului n dou exemplare, aa nct s fie identice.

pasul 3: Acum unete cele dou forme cu ajutorul unui capsator.

pasul 4: Ppua pentru deget este aproape gata. Tot ce trebuie s mai faci este s o decorezi cum doreti, aa nct s par mai real. ncearc s creezi mai multe tipuri de animale folosind diferite foi colorate.

you will need: Coloured card, a stapler, pens to decorate and a glue stick

step 1: Fold a piece of card into half, place your finger on the card and draw an outline about a centimeter away from your finger, all the way around.Now use this as a guide line for drawing an animal of your choice.

step 2: Cut out your animal from the folded card, so that you have two identical animals.

step 3: Now place the animals on top of each other and staple the edges to-gether.

step 4: Your finger puppet is nearly finished, you just have to add details and decorate using pens and coloured card, to make it more life like.Try out different animals and see what you can create, if you make a lot you can even make your own mini puppet theater!

materiale necesare: hrtie colorat, acuarela/tempera, pensule, creioane, pen-sule mici pentru decorat i un loc unde te poi spla pe mini

pasul 1: Alege o culoare, ia o pensul i picteaz ntreaga palm pn e complet acoperit n culoare.

pasul 2: Plaseaz-i palma cu atenie deasupra unei foi de hrtie (poi folosi i hrtie colorat), iar apoi lipete toat palma, deodat, pe suprafaa hrtiei. nltur palma cu grij!

pasul 3: Cnd amprenta colorat lsat de palm este complet uscat, decoreaz-o folosind creioane sau culoare. Adaug spre exemplu ochi sau pi-cioare etc., orice doreti pentru a crea un aspect realist al animalelor.

pasul 4: Poi crea diferite amprente folosind mai multe tipuri de culori sau poziii ale palmei care s creeze un contur similar unui animal!

you will need: Coloured paper, paints, big brushes, pens, smaler brushes for decorating and somewhere to wash your hands!

step 1: Choose a colour and take a large brush, paint your whole hand until it is completely covered.

step 2: Gently place your hand on a piece of paper (you can use coloured paper) and press down slightly. Then carefully remove your hand.

step 3: When the hand print is dry, decorate it using pens or paint, adding eyes and feet etc. to make your animal more realistic.

step 4: You can experiment by changing the colour and hand position to create lots of different animals!

materiale necesare: carton, hrtie alb, creioane, chibrituri, lipici solid, orice obiect puin ascuit cu care se poate face o gaur n carton i foarfec

pasul 1: Decupeaz dou cercuri egale, unul din carton i unul din hrtie simpl.

pasul 2: Coloreaz cercul din hrtie i lipete-l apoi peste cel din carton.

pasul 3: Acum taie o gaur mic n cercul complet i insereaz un chibrit, cu captul gros n jos. Asigur-te c partea subire a chibritului iese prin partea colorat a cercului.

pasul 4: Gata! E timpul s te joci cu titirezul !

you will need: Thick cardboard, white paper, pens, matches, glue stick and something sharp to make a small hole through the cardboard

step 1: Cut out two equal circles one from card and one from paper.

step 2: Colour the paper circle, then glue the blank side onto the cardboard circle.

step 3: Make a small hole through the circles and push a match stick through with the thick end at the bottom and the coloured side (the top) of the circle facing upwards.

step 4: Finished! Now you have your spinning top!

materiale necesare: un recipient gol cu pulverizator, culori/acuarela, foarfece, hrtie colorat i ap pentru a amesteca culorile

pasul 1: Adaug puin culoare n recipientul spray, adaug apoi ap n cantitate dubl fa de culoare. Pune capacul i scutur bine. Eventual testeaz de cteva ori spray-ul pe o foaie alb de hrtie. Mai adaug ap dac culoarea nu e suficient de lichid.

pasul 2: Decupeaz mai multe forme din hrtie colorat: inimioare, flori, stele etc.

pasul 3: Pune formele peste o coal de hrtie i folosete spray-ul pentru a le colora. ncearc s menii formele nemicate n timp ce utilizezi spray-ul.

pasul 4: Cnd vopseaua este complet uscat, dezlipete formele de pe coala de hrtie. Gata! ncearc diferite forme i culori! Poi crea o gam larg de imagini festive sau de sezon!

you will need: An old empty spray bottle, coloured paint, scissors, coloured paper, and some water to mix the paints

step 1: In your spray bottle, pour a small amount of your chosen coloured paint, then add double the amount of water, so you have 1 part paint 2 parts water. Secure the lid and shake well, spray a few times until the paint starts to spray properly.If after a few attempts of spraying the paint does not come through just add more water.

step 2: Cut out some hollow shapes, hearts, flowers, stars etc.Arrange the shapes on a sheet of paper.

step 3: Start spraying over the shapes, covering the whole piece of paper. If some of the shapes start to move around the paper just hold them lightly in place while spraying, this can be a bit messy!

step 4: When the paint is dry peel the cut out shapes off of the paper and your spray picture is finished!Experiment with different shapes, colours and patterns. You can also try out some festive and seasonal pictures!

materiale necesare: tuburi de hrtie igienic goale, culori, hrtie i foarfec

pasul 1: Folosete unul din capetele tubului de hrtie igienic i f cteva tieturi cu foarfeca, aa nct s obii forma unei flori.

pasul 2: Coloreaz ,,floarea n ce culoare preferi. Ia o coal de hrtie i imprim forma pe aceasta.

pasul 3: Poi crea mai multe forme, folosind diferite culori i coli de hrtie colorat.

pasul 4: S nceap joaca!

you will need: Empty toilet paper rolls, paints and paper

step 1: Take the end of the toilet rolls and cut upwards and open the sections, so that you have and opened flower shape.

step 2: Now paint the cut end and print over the paper using different colours to create cool shapes and patterns.

step 3: You can experiment with using different coloured paper for the background and trying different shapes with the toilet rolls and see what you can create!

step 4: Have fun!

materiale necesare: role goale de hrtie igienic, culori, pensule, hrtie colorat, foarfece, creioane i lipici solid

pasul 1: Picteaz o rol de hrtie igienic goal n ce culoare doreti i las-o la uscat.

pasul 2: n timp ce se usc rola, deseneaz pe o coal separat de hrtie ochi i urechi i orice altceva doreti pentru a crea un aspect nfricotor pentru monstrul tu.

pasul 3: Decupeaz formele create i lipete-le pe rol.

pasul 4: Gata! Monstrul tu este pregtit!

you will need: Toilet rolls, coloured paints, paint brushes, coloured paper, scissors, pens and glue

step 1: Paint the toilet roll in whatever colour you choose and leave it to dry.

step 2: When the toilet roll is dry, draw eyes and ears and any other things you want to add to your monster to make it even more scary!

step 3: Cut out the eyes etc. and glue onto the toilet roll.

step 4: Finished! Now you have your toilet roll monster!

materiale necesare: cofrag de ou, culori, pensule, carton colorat, foarfec, lipici, erveele colorate, sclipici i beioare de curat pipe

pasul 1: Picteaz tot cofragul de ou cu verde i albastru, aa nct s aib aspectul oceanului.

pasul 2: Din cartonul colorat, decupeaz formele unor peti. Apoi decupeaz cteva fii din erveel i creaz o stea dintr-un beior de curat pipe.

pasul 3: Ia fiile din erveel i realizeaz forma unui izvor, apoi lipete-le de cozile petilor creai.

pasul 4: Acum lipete petii n interiorul cofragului, fixeaz steaua de mare i adaug fiile de erveel aa nct s arate ca i algele. Decoreaz apoi cofragul, folosind sclipici i culoare.

you will need: Empty egg box, coloured paint, paint brushes, coloured card, scissors, glue, coloured tissue paper and glitter and pipe cleaners to decorate

step 1: Paint the egg box with greens and blues, inside and out to make it look like the ocean.

step 2: With the coloured card cut out some different fish shapes and some small strips. Then cut some strips from the coloured tissue and form a star from a pipe cleaner.

step 3: Take the strips of card and fold into a spring shape, then glue or tape the springs to the back of the fishes.

step 4: Now glue or tape the fish on the inside of the box, place the starfish pipe cleaner around one of the pointed parts of the egg box and then glue the strips of tissue paper into one of the inside top corners to look like seaweed.Then decorate the whole thing using glitter and more paint and your aquarium is complete!

materiale necesare: role de hrtie, vopsea verde, carton subire colorat, band adeziv, serveele colorate, marker, foarfec

pasul 1: Picteaz cu verde ntreaga rol i pune-o la uscat.

pasul 2: Decupeaz nite fii de alt culoare din erveelele colorate.

pasul 3: Pe o bucat de carton colorat, deseneaz doi ochiori i decupeaz-i cu atenie.

pasul 4: Lipete ochiorii cu band adeziv i adaug detaliile necesare cu ajutorul marker-ului. Prinde fiile de serveel colorat de marginea din interiorul gurii dragonului pentru a crea un foc colorat.Acum poi sufla prin dragon pentru a face flcrile s se mite.

you will need: Toilet rolls, green paint, coloured card, selotape, coloured tissue paper, marker pens and scissors

step 1: Paint the whole of your toilet roll green and put to one side to dry.

step 2: Cut some long strips from the different coloured tissue paper.

step 3: Paint eyes on some card and then cut them out when dry.

step 4: Tape the eyes into place adding detail with marker pens, then attach the tissue strips onto the inside of the dragons mouth at the top to create the colourful fire!Now you can blow through the dragon to make the fire fly!

materiale necesare: Baloane, orez, folie alimentar transparent i foarfec

pasul 1: Ia 6 baloane i taie capetele prin care se umfl.

pasul 2: Ia 3 ptrate de folie alimentar i adaug puin orez n centrul fiecrui ptrat.

pasul 3: Adun capetele de folie laolalt i d-le forma unei mingi, apoi ia unul din baloanele tiate i ndeas mingea de orez n balon. Poate fi un pic mai greu, aa c s-ar putea s ai nevoie de ajutor s ii gura balonului deschis.

pasul 4: Odat ce ai reuit s introduci prima minge de orez n balon, introdu-o i n al doilea balon, ca s te asiguri c orezul nu va iei afar n timp ce jonglezi. Acum f acelai lucru i cu celelalte 2 ptrate de folie alimentar, pn cnd vei avea 3 mingi pentru jonglat.Acum jongleaz!

you will need: balloons, rice, cling film and some scissors

step 1: Take 6 balloons and cut the thin ends off of them.

step 2: Take 3 squares of cling film and pour a small amount of rice into the center of the squares.

step 3: Gather the edges of the square and form it into a ball shape, then take one of your cut balloons and push the rice ball into the balloon, this can be a bit difficult so you may need a little help holding the balloon open.

step 4: Once your first rice ball is in one balloon then repeat the step again,putting it into a second balloon to ensure the rice wont come out while juggling!Then do the same with the other two squares of cling film until you have three finished juggling balls.Now get juggling!

pasul 1: Ia o farfurie din carton i decupeaz-i mijlocul aa nct s rmn doar cercul exterior.

pasul 2: Picteaz cercul rmas dup decupare. Taie o bucat mai mare de folie transparent i lipete-o peste cerc aa nct s-l acoperi n ntregime.

pasul 3: Dintr-o bucat colorat de hrtie decupeaz formele unor animale de mare. Pe o bucat de hrtie albastr sau alb picteaz valurile i contururile unui ocean.

pasul 4: Este timpul s fixezi toate elementele. Lipete animalele create pe foaia pe care ai pictat oceanul, iar apoi decupeaz-o aa nct s rezulte un cerc care s acopere cercul din farfuria de carton. Lipete-le mpreun i gata!

you will need: Paper plates, glue, scissors, selotape, paints, paint brushes, card, cling film and a pencil

step 1: Take your paper plate and cut out the entire inner circle, so you are left with only the outter ring.

step 2: Now paint your hollow circle and then cut a piece of cling film big enough to cover the inside of the circle, then glue into place.

step 3: With coloured card cut out some different coloured sea animals and then with a piece of blue card paint swirls and lines to look like the sea.

step 4: Time to put it all together, glue the sea animals onto the blue painted card, cut the card into a circle to fit behind the cling film and then glue into place.Now you have finished your port hole!!

materiale necesare: cteva bucele de pnz, vat, benzi elastice, ochiori de plastic, lipici de pnz, foarfec, carton i civa ciucurei i panglici pentru decorat

pasul 1: Decupeaz un cerc din bucata de carton i aeaz-l n centrul bucii de pnz.

pasul 2: Ia o bucat mare de vat i aeaz-o n parte de sus a cartonului.

pasul 3: Acum apropie capetele pnzei n jurul bucii de vat i strnge-le cu banda elastic.

pasul 4: De data asta nu vei mai avea nevoie de nc o bucat de carton. Ia doar o bucat mai mic de vat i aeaz-o peste nodul bandei elastice. Adun ce a mai rmas din material i prinde-le pe toate cu banda elastic. Trage uor capetele pnzei pentru a forma urechile iepuraului, decoreaz folosind ochiorii de plastic i adaug nite panglici pentru a ascunde banda elastic. Iepuraul de pnz e gata!

you will need: Some squares of old fabric, cotton wool, elastic bands, plastic eyes, fabric glue, scissors, card board, and some pom-poms and ribbon for decorating

step 1: Cut a circle out of card and then place into the center of your fabric square.

step 2: Grab a big piece of cotton wool and place on top of the card circle.

step 3: Now gather the edges of the fabric around the cotton and then secure tightly into place using an elastic band.

step 4: This time you do not need another piece of card, just get a smaller piece of cotton wool and place on top of the tied elastic band, gather whats left of the material and tie again using an elastic band.Pull the corners of the fabric out slightly to form the ears of your bunny and then decorate using eyes and add some ribbon to disguise the elastic bands.Finished your fabric rabbit !

materiale necesare: carton colorat, cutii de iaurt, band adeziv transparent, paie, foarfec, creioane colorate

pasul 1: Ia bucata de carton, tiat n form de ptrat i ruleaz-o n form de con, apoi lipete-o cu band adeziv.

pasul 2: Cu foarfeca taie 10 cm dintr-un pai, i apoi la unul dintre capete real-izeaz dou tieturi de cte 2 cm de-a lungul paiului. Aceasta va fi gura trom-petei.

pasul 3: Acum ia paharul de iaurt i decupeaz din el un dreptunghi de 8 cm pe 3 cm, pe care mai apoi va trebui s-l rulezi n form de tub. Asigur-te c e suficient de mare ct s ncap paiul n el, iar tubul i paiul s nu se ating. Apoi lipete cu grij tubul.

pasul 4: E timpul s asamblm. mpinge paiul prin con, aa nct partea cu tieturile s ias aproximativ 3 cm prin partea mai ngust a conului. Apoi ia tubul creat din cutia de iaurt i lipete-l de marginea mai ngust a conului, aa nct paiul i tubul s nu fie lipite unul de cellalt. Tot ce mai ai de fcut este s decorezi trompeta cu creioane sau carton colorat. Ta-dam!

you will need: Coloured card, yogurt pots, selotape, straws, scissors and coloured pens

step 1: Take your piece of card make into a square and roll into a cone shape, then secure it into place using tape.

step 2: With a straw cut a length of 10cm then from one end of the straw cut vertically down on both sides, make two identical cuts of 2cm in length down the straw. This will form the mouth piece of the trumpet.

step 3: Now take the yogurt pot and cut an oblong approximately 8cm by 3cm and then you need to roll this around into a tube shape, ensuring it is big enough to fit the straw into it, with some space so that both the straw and the tube do not touch. Then tape the tube securely into place.

step 4: now its time to put it all together, start by pushing the straw through the pointed end of your card cone, with the end that has the two cut sides coming out by roughly 3cm.Then take the tube that you made from the yogurt pot and push this over the straw and attach into place onto the end of the card cone.Now all thats left to do is decorate your trumpet using pens or coloured card, which ever you prefer. Finished!!

materiale necesare: cutii goale de iaurt, sfoar sau fir colorat, foarfec, band adeziv, beioare de lemn, vat, benzi elastice, buci de pnz, erveelecolorate, hrtie colorat, lipici

pasul 1: Cu mare grij perforeaz fundul cutiei de iaurt, ajutndu-te de o foarfec.

pasul 2: Taie o bucat de sfoar, la captul creia vei lega un beior de lemn. Apoi trage bucata de sfoar prin cutia de iaurt, lsnd partea cu beiorul n afara cutiei. Aceasta va mpiedica sfoara s ias.

pasul 3: Taie o bucat de pnz i aeaz n centrul ei o bucat de vat. Apoi strnge-o laolalt ct de tare poi, folosind banda elastic.

pasul 4: D-i via omului de zpad adugndu-i ochi cu ajutorul unui marker negru i un fular din hrtie creponat. Omul de zpad este gata!
