ULTRAFILTRATIONMEMBRANE BASED SOLUTIONS

Integrated membrane systems with

ultraltration (UF) are an effective solution

for pretreatment of reverse osmosis

desalination systems. These systems offer

reliable handling of difcult to manage

waters, in regions that have traditionally

experienced feed water and pretreatment

problems. Systems are fully automated to

reduce labor costs and enhance reliability.

The combination of Ultraltration and RO

can enhance productivity while delivering

consistent (product) water quality.

MBBRWASTE WATER TREATMENT

A Moving bed biolm Reactor (MBBR) requires less space

than traditional wastewater treatment systems.

The technology uses polyethylene biolm elements

operating in an aerated wastewater regime.

Each individual biolm element has a high protected

surface area to support the growth of heterotrophic

and autotrophic bacteria. This results in a high- rate

biodegradation within the system, which also results

in process reliability and ease of operation.

The process is self-sustaining as the biolm attaches

to the element modulates of the incoming load

uctuation. The attached growth provides a more dense

microbial population per unit volume (compared to

suspended growth), resulting in compactness, lower power

consumption, minimal maintenance and capacity

enhancement.

New design has removed liquid spring for traditional

CSD lling valve; during CSD lling process, blow

Co2 to empty bottle once valve opener started, after

reaching equal pressure, valve opener open again to

start ill product. When lling level is reached setting

point. valve closer will close lling then conduct

exhaust and release pressure.

During water lling processm, the lling valve has the

same action with CSD lling. As there is now liquid

spring, it is unnecessary to set up pressure inside

lling bowl. The lling valve can be closed by only

mechanical device. Thus it is all right to use general

water bottle for water lling. Its possible to reduce

bottle weight to saving packaging cost.

Hot Filling Monobloc composes of many new

developments such as advanced distributor, new

lling valves, new recirculation system with

precise lling temperature and level control, all

product contact parts are made of 314L stainless

steel or foodstuff rubber and plastic.

5 Gallon Filling Monobloc adopting the latest hygienic

design, optimized rising and lling process, easy

operation. The complete production line including

empty bottles conveyer, internal bottle washer, De-

capper, leak tester, external bottle washer,

rinser/iller/capper monobloc, cap feeder with

dedusting device, lamp inspection, shrink sleever,

bagging machine and product water supply system.

Working principle: The Line Control sensors on the infeed

& Discharge conveyor automatically control the labeler

speed (low, middle, high and stop). Bottles are fed into

labeler by a timing screw, and the sensor detects the

presence of the bottle, the labels will released through the

tension unit and anti-deviation machine to label cutting

device, where the label are cut into set length. The cut

labels will be sent to vacuum drum and gluing unit will

glue hot melt labels on bottles on rotary carousel. The

labelling process is nished when bottle with label is

brushed smoothly by brush machine.

Heat shrink sleeve label machine adopts PLC

progammable controller, Panasonic servo motor,

servo driver, and frequency converter; besides,

it adopts the positioning module to ensure the

casting label, precise, rapid and stable. It has

highly precise position for casting label, also can

shrinkage.

Heat shrink sleeve label machine applies to food
