Kinder Orientation Kinder Orientation starts at Maclean Public School next term. If you know of any families with students starting school next year please let them know that we are accepting enrolments now. Please see attached flyer with information and dates. We are monitoring the guidelines from NSW Health and the DoE and will keep you informed of any changes that we may need to make.

Stage 3 Camp Last week our stage 3 camp was looking good to go ahead, however with the recent closure of the Queensland border this is looking less likely. We will do our best to make alternative arrangements. As I am sure you can appreciate it is difficult to make plans at this time of uncertainty. Thanks for your ongoing understanding. High School Transition We have been notified by Maclean High School that year 6 transition will go ahead. The dates are August 19 and October 28. All year 6 students received an information and enrolment package for Maclean High School this week. Please call the office if you did not receive one. Foodie Friday Foodie Friday will run this term and the weekly special will come home early in the week. Students can also order off the other menu which is attached in the newsletter. Please ensure students return their order no later than Thursday afternoon as this allows time for us to get the required quantities. Due to current government guidelines we are unable to have volunteers until restrictions change. Uniforms As the weather has become cooler, we have noticed an increase in lost property. To ensure we can find the owners please make sure all clothing is labelled. We now have caps available which are $10. We have currently run out and are expecting more to arrive.

Staying Informed Download the Skoolbag App and join us on Facebook to stay connected with our school community.

Kind Regards,

Carolyn Principal
