New Strategy for 2014-15 (John Dunford)

• SLT conference in February 2015 (PP report)• Identified barriers to learning for ‘disadvantaged’• Created a list of ‘desired outcomes’• Developed new strategies which are due to be

evaluated and audited at the end of the academic year.

PP report• Thorough data analysis; exam results,

attendance, behaviour, destinations, deprivation (post codes), parental engagement etc.

• Unique cohort – high ability on entry but high deprivation
