-Requirement that ALL safety-and environmentally critical elements in our operation

(including the ones not owned and managed by us) to be under MD verification scheme.

-In other sectors, we assure that these elements are managed under a verification

scheme, but it does not have to be ours.

-Introduction of requirements on presentation format for Major Accident Scenarios from

Directive 2012/18/EU into offshore legislation (SEVESO directive – which excludes

offshore oil and gas from its scope as focussed on land use, hazardous substances

storage, and exposure of the immediate public around a site)

The above changes did not emanate from the OSD, but coincided with the OSD

implementation.
