Adele keeps lossing weigthDuring the recent delivery of the Billboard Awards Adele sent a recorded appreciation for the two awards with which he charged that night message. Britain is on its world tour and could not be present at the ceremony held in Las Vegas.

But something drew a lot of attention on women 27 years: she keeps losing weight! His face looks much thinner and figure in general as well. When his album "25" debuted a few months she surprised with a more stylized appearance makes. Then he said to become the mother of James Angelo, three years, made him realize he had to care. Cigarettes immediately left and headed to the gym.

And although he admits he hates exercise and there are dishes that recently not to consume, your secret key has been to limit their consumption of tea. "I used to consume 10 cups a day with two teaspoons of sugar in each, so it was consuming 20 teaspoons of sugar every day," he said. She has admitted that his resignation this very British habit "makes me feel with great energy, more than ever."

Brad Pitt saves girls life

Brad Pitt is filming in the Canary Islands "Allied", a film based on World War II. Angelina Jolie's husband was recording a night scene when he realized that a girl was being pushed against a fence by a crowd who wanted to witness the action.

The actor along with two bodyguards went to where the girl was and lifted away from danger. The small was well and nothing tragic happened.

The girl surely never forget this time.

As a father of six, Pitt must have felt identified with the dangerous situation in which the child was. The actor stopped and chatted for a while with the little girl with braids, which is sure to be a great memory that she will keep for life.

Shut up and take my cupon.

Backyard Scrabble

"I like areas of double use," says Sacramento architect Kristy McAuliffe, and her 5-foot square Scrabble board rates at least a double-word score on the scale of inventive garden games.

With the help of friend Keith Rogers, McAuliffe made a wood frame, then poured concrete and scored it into 3¾-inch squares separated by ¼-inch joints.

After the concrete had cured for one month, she colored the squares using water-base concrete stains.

McAuliffe then made 100 3¼-inch square letter tiles from baseboard trim.

She found precut, adhesive-backed vinyl letters and numbers at a sign shop, stuck them on the tiles, and sealed each one with spray lacquer.

The lightweight letters, which are stored in a canvas bag, fit on metal trays made by McAuliffe's friend, metal artist Crystal Weber.

Games go late on summer evenings. "You get better words playing outside," McAuliffe says.

This is big fun.

Treehouse

This tree house was built out of scrap wood and branches I had in our yard, and is a strong enough design not to require any more reinforcement than what you see here. It's also located at the start of our zip-line, which we put up last summer, and makes it a good place to climb up to and launch off from when needing to head out quickly across the yard.

What You NeedMaterials:Power drill with a Phillips screw bitLevel6"-8" screws or nails (nails are stronger) for the frame3" screws for the deck2 - 6 foot 2"x6" pieces2 - filler pieces of 2"x6"8 - 4' decking pieces or 1"x6"Small cut branch logsCircular or hand sawRugs, pillows and accessories to suit (rug seen here is a Draper Stripe runner from DwellStudio)

Instructions:

1. Attach Foundation - Choose a tree that is strong, but not too thick and with branches that start a little higher up. With your two main pieces ready (undercut the ende to give it a more svelte appearance), attach one to the flattest part of the tree and then the other opposite. I did 6' from the ground, but coger would be better for smaller children (Ursula was 6 yrs old at the time).

Use only one screw in each so that you can adjust them to get them level with one another before putting in four more screws. It's easier and better to use a level, but I didn't have one and just eyed it.

Page 10: Magazine

2. Insert Cross Braces - This design is pretty minimal and not meant to carry big people, but I was surprised with how strong it was after sinking ten screws in the sides and then putting the cross brace pieces in as well. After you measure the width, cut two cross braces and slide them in between your foundation pieces. Then screw into tree (5 screws) as well as into the foundation (2 screws). Now you have a sold box going around the tree to hold your platform up and steady.

3. Lay Deck - After cutting your deck pieces to 4' lengths, space the m out

evenly on top and screw in. I chose to use less pieces and leave gaps in the floor because I thought it would remain cleaner and be lighter. I also think it looks better visually and is less likely to become an eyesore. This is a simple tree house after all, which in my mind means light, quick and more natural.

4. Add Extra Deck - It's up to you, but we chose to add a few more pieces of decking to make it easier to move around the tree. While the gap on the other side of the tree

serves as an entrance, this side connects the back room to the front room.

5. Install Staircase - Using small logs from a recently cut down tree, I screwed the steps in running up the tree, using a bunch of screws from left to right, as these get a lot of pressure on them. The nice, round surface is ideal for bare feet, and not using

lumber softens it visually as well.

6. Decorate - Colorful throw rugs are ideal for covering your deck, but this is where Ursula really took over. After sweeping all of her floors, and hauling up rugs, blankets, pillows and an old phone, she began nesting right away. :)

Grey's anatomy.

Page 13: Magazine

If you think ABC can't get any better - you're wrong. With the great success over smash-hits, "Desperate Housewives" and "Lost" they also picked up a few shows over mid-season hoping for more success. They got "Jake in Progress," "Eyes" and "Grey's Anatomy" - but "Grey's Anatomy" is definitely considered the best out of those three.

Grey's Anatomy stars Ellen Pompeo (who has starred in a few movies but was never really noticeable) as the narrator - Meredith Grey. Her mother is the famous surgeon and she is trying to follow in her mother's footsteps. The story revolves around her time as an intern and the people she meets and sort of is portrayed as "survival camp for medical students." The minute she arrives at work, she meets Christina Yang (Sandra Oh - flawless in her bitchy supporting role), George O'Malley (T.R. Knight - one word: breakthrough performer), Izzie Stevens (Katherine Heighl - very, very believable as a model who is more like the girl-next-door), and Alex Karev (Justin Chambers - plays sort of a not-so-likable person). Most of all, there is Dr. Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey - very attractive), the man that Meredith had a one-night stand with - he just happens to be her boss.

This is a show that wants to be liked. It just sort of screams in your face "Love me!" with all its interesting characters who are very different from each other and a nice plot that you just have to be addicted to. The supporting work is clearly a winner. It has a very lovable supporting cast with T.R. Knight as the sweet and sort of the "average guy" as George O'Malley and Katherine Heigl who is very likable in her role - even Sandra Oh is a clear winner on top. And my personal favorite is "the Nazi" - Dr. Miranda Bailey who is played by Chandra Wilson. Very, very well done.

This is sort of a soapy spin on "Scrubs" and "ER" but with light comedy/romance and serious and intense drama where character build up the plot. Some of the characters may get a bit annoying for your taste (ex. Meredith Grey) but the acting is just superb and you can't help liking it. It has a guilty-pleasure feel to it and you just can't help but stay up late for this show. This show is definitely not about "medicine" - when it has to deal with medicine, it has a clear soft side to it. The doctors play heroes (pretty clichéd, but yeah - this IS a hospital show) and save lives or care or has to live up to certain defeat. Just to be aware: This is a show about relationships-within-a-hospital and the life of each person that works there.

The show breaks all the "bad" mid-season shows record. It is just extremely enjoyable. Go check it out - you'll definitely like it if not love it.

I'm gonna address something in a serious tone, that is way unlike the premiere of Desperate Housewives. Television, has gotten entirely too serious. It

has! Even its comedies can be horribly depressing.

As I sat watching the premiere of Desperate Housewives, I found myself doing something I haven't done in quite some time, and that is "smiling," No, I mean, a huge smile, a GRIN of thankfulness.

I have a theory that most pilot scripts suck, because they are establishing a series, I have hardly ever liked a PILOT script, even if they do their job well which is establish character and the mood of the show. The great story telling comes after the pilot.

The only good pilot I have seen in recent years, was the pilot for ALIAS (brilliant)

Desperate housewives.

Page 15: Magazine

now a week ago, I saw the PILOT for LOST (edge of your seat good). But even those were topped by the intricate, hysterical, amazing pilot script for DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES. If the writers are out there, reading this, 1. Thank You. 2. why are you reading this, get to writing more of this wonderful show.

They also have gotten a superb cast of women. OLDER WOMEN! WOMEN, not some 20 something year olds with bland looks on their faces and pouty lips! But Talented, amazing, beautiful, WOMEN (and I'm a guy in my 20's) I appreciate that... WOMEN over 40 ROCK! I speak of course of Felicity Huffman, who can do more with one line of Dialogue, than any other actress I know. This show, brings also the RETURN of Terri Hatcher, THANK GOD! It's about TIME!! And it also brings me, MARCIA CROSS, an actress who should have been given an EMMY for her brilliant, heartbreaking work in EVERWOOD last season.

The producers/Direction/showrunners of the show, have established a look for the show. it's American BEAUTY on ACID. A gorgeous use of color and cinematography, of scoring, and well, I mention it again, because it's so important... GREAT WRITING!

On every level, the PILOT for DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES impresses. It has bite, humor and heart. I hope that it will be around for a long time. But even this one episode is enough to remind people everywhere, that network television can still be FUN!

Civil War

The strength of 'Civil War' lies in this approach that Marvel already hinted in 'Iron Man 3' and 'The Avengers: Ultron era'. Tony Stark more conscious than ever of his acts takes the side of the government to ask his fellow adventurers to be lower piston and obey the orders of the United Nations before taking justice into their own hands.

It is in this aspect where the most interesting discussion of the film, which draws clear parallels with the US policy of recent decades. And it is a debate wasted, as Russo, unlike Captain America 2 ', play it easy: gather the largest possible number of superheroes and make them fight. Until exhaustion.

In this new proposal, the X-Men will face in Sabah Nur, a mutant with more than 4000 years old determined to end the world. Despite being an ambitious proposal and something we have not seen so far in the franchise, the film leads to several issues that have previously and best treaty, which detracts identity and tarnishes a remarkable set, reaches a point in which we feel or see more of the same but worse.

Singer not finished understand that the potential of this third installment was to devote himself to pure and simple spectacle and that in trying to bring some drama, he has taken part of that capacity and has resulted in concepts which are now hackneyed and repetitive.

The plot itself is not much mystery, no great revelations or major plot twists so it simply develops correctly throughout the film, according to what a blockbuster should be but without the depth or emotional delivery previous and new issues addressed by Simon Kinberg
