WE ARE BACK!! Our tours are due to re-start from Wednesday 19th May 2021.

I hope you have all been keeping safe and well during the most recent lockdown.

With the continued easing of the government’s lockdown restrictions, together with the successful roll- out of COVID

jabs, let’s hope we have turned a corner now and that going forward we can all look forward to a little more

normality!

In line with the government’s roadmap out of lockdown, Magic Moments is going to proceed cautiously with a

gradual start-up. While most restrictions are expected to be lifted from Monday 21st June, for planning purposes we

have decided to keep socially distanced seating on our coaches until Monday 12th July. Obviously we will continue to

monitor the government’s guidance closely, but hopefully from 12th July we will be in a position to offer all seats on

our coaches and thereby welcome more of you back on our tours.

Our priority remains passenger safety and, in conjunction with Hardings Coaches, we will continue to follow a range

of COVID-19 Secure Guidelines that comply with latest government guidance – please see the back cover for full

details.

Please note that as government guidance changes, we may have to amend/cancel tours even at short notice. Rest

assured, however, that if we do have to cancel a tour you will be entitled to receive either a full refund or you may

be offered an alternative date.

Please do take the time to read our COVID-19 Secure Guidelines and please ensure you are happy to follow the

guidelines before booking a tour.

validation that our businesses are indeed good to go. We are all now looking forward to

aiding industry recovery and getting the wheels on the coach turning again very soon.

In order to adhere to social distancing rules, we will have limited the seating capacity on all current coach tours

(Those shown numbered). If you are travelling from the same household/bubble, seating will be on the nearside

(kerb side) of the coach. If you are travelling solo or in different household/bubble, seating will be on the driver's

side of the coach. We will do our very best to keep your preferred seat number, however, sometimes may not be

able to guarantee this. Your final seat numbers will be confirmed when you receive your ticket documentation.

THE ROYAL PHILHARMONIC AT 75 A STAR –STUDDED CELEBRATION The Royal Albert Hall, London Join the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra as it celebrates 75 years at the forefront of music-making in the UK with a star-studded concert at the Royal Albert Hall. This very special occasion will also welcome Vasily Petrenko as the RPO’s new Music Director.

The programme will feature masterpieces written by three of the greatest English composers, Delius, Elgar and Walton, all of whom are synonymous with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and its founder Sir Thomas Beecham.

Joining Vasily Petrenko and the RPO will be two of the musical world’s biggest stars: Sheku Kanneh-Mason will play Elgar’s beautiful and introspective Cello Concerto, whilst Sir Bryn Terfel will draw out the wicked excitement and intense joy in William Walton’s dramatic cantata, Belshazzar’s Feast,

A short walk away in the town centre is the Combined Military Services Museum, which houses collections from all of Britain’s armed forces. COVID-19 SECURE GUIDELINES When we resume our tours we will be implementing the following COVID-19 safety measures:

1. Mandatory temperature checking when boarding the coach. 2. Mandatory use of hand sanitiser when boarding the coach. 3. A face covering will be required on board and worn at all times whilst boarding and travelling – for

comfort, please bring your own face covering. 4. Reduced capacity seating on the coach to aid social distancing – we will be working according to the

‘1 metre plus’ rule. Therefore, we will only be allowed to use up to 36 seats per tour. We will be booking seat numbers and therefore we ask that you use your allocated seat only for the entirety of the tour.

5. On leaving the coach we ask you remain in your seat as we will be disembarking from front to back to limit the standing in the aisle and standing next to people as much as possible.

6. Please do not board the coach if you or anyone in your household has been contacted by the NHS Test & Trace team and advised to self-isolate.

7. Please do not board the coach if you or anyone in your household has returned to England within the previous 14 days from any of the countries requiring self-isolation i.e. any country not exempted by the government from self-isolation.

8. PLEASE DO NOT BOARD THE COACH IF YOU FEEL UNWELL ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR. In addition, for further passenger safety both Andrew and Hardings staff will be taking COVID lateral flow tests on a regular basis. We much appreciate your co-operation in following these guidelines. Magic Moments and Hardings Coaches reserve the right to refuse travel to any passengers that do not comply with the guidelines.

In addition to the above, Hardings Coaches have updated their cleaning processes for their vehicles. Before

and throughout the day of the tour to ensure the healthiest environment possible.

All drivers and Andrew will be temperature checked before each tour and before meeting any passengers

boarding the vehicle.

We respectfully ask all passengers to remain a safe distance away from Andrew and the driver at all times.
