What are your urgent needs in the next 3 months?

Step 1: Write the top 3 urgent needs on each paper (related to your career or JC path, 3 min.)

Step 2: Select the most urgent need and keep it, for the rest, please give to the trainer

Step 3: Share with the team what is your most urgent need


Time: 5 minutesSteps: 1) Select the most important urgent needs2) Draw the sense of your urgent needs come True

on a paper3) In teams of 2, spend 2 min each to share the
