The space-saving system takes as little as 20 in. X 14 in. X 14 in. floor space. It includes a corrosion resistant CPVC chamber. protective coating that won’t run off the surface or wick off into packaging materials. A fast penetrant and water displacer, Dri Touch IRPl can be ap- plied directly over wet surfaces. Water is quickly lifted off the surface and out of recessed areas such as blind holes, threads, and even out of porous surface areas. Supplied as a light-bodied liq- uid, which can be applied by dipping, brushing, or low-pressure spraying, the product penetrates the porous metal surface and seals out atmospheric hu-

midity and corrosion, leaving a dry surface that won’t attract dust. This mineral-spirits-based product has a flash point of 126”E with a very low fire hazard potential. Parts can be pro- cessed in batches or large quantities at relatively low cost, and the solution can be incorporated easily into existing finishing lines or into a new system designed for a manufacturer’s special needs. Dri Touch IRPl’s nontacky coating has also been extremely effec- tive as a stamping lubricant.
