Law enforcement officers regularly encounter drivers whom they
suspect of carrying contraband.
There are thousands of vehicular makes and models on the road –
how can police officers in the field possibly know all the hiding places?
This computer program provides: -‐ A database of ALL cars, sports u2lity vehicles, vans, pick-‐up trucks and tractor-‐trailers manufactured since 1980 -‐ Diagrams highligh2ng specific hiding areas for each vehicle -‐ Lists of tools and instruc2ons to access hiding spots
Magnum Defense can effec2vely help law enforcement officers in the field find contraband hidden in vehicles.
Magnum Defense leverages the laptops currently in police cars. With wireless access, officers can access the database anywhere and get the informa2on they need. If officers are without access, dispatch can provide informa2on over the phone.
Magnum Defense will be for officers, by officers. Through a password-‐protected chat room, message board and blog, officers can share their latest experiences and insight about finding hidden drugs and weapons.

Michael is currently in conversa2on with police departments and government bodies about the possibility of implemen2ng Magnum Defense.
Michael Goldstein is the sole owner of the patent for Magnum Defense. This proprietary so`ware is a commercially viable product that will enter the market as a subscrip2on based service. Over 850,000 U.S. law enforcement officers rou2nely search vehicles for contraband and could greatly benefit from this product. The patent is available for licensing or purchase and will be marketed to the law enforcement en22es previously listed. The funds provided by the grant will be used for development costs to transform the exis2ng prototype into a beta version database, as well as for the protec2on of the intellectual property.
