Report on the Audit of the Standalone Financial Statements
Opinion
We have audited the accompanying statement of quarterly and year to date financial resultsof MIS MAGNUM VENTURES LIMITED (lithe Company"), for the quarter and year endedMarch 31, 2020 attached herewith being submitted by the Company Pursuant to theRegulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations given tous, the aforesaid standalone financial statements give the information required by the Act inthe manner so required and give a true and fair view in conformity with the accountingprinciples generally accepted in India including Indian Accounting Standards ('Ind AS')specified under Section 133 of the Act.
Basis for Opinion
We conducted our audit in accordance with the Standards on Auditing (SAs) specified undersection 143(10) of the Companies Act, 2013. Our responsibilities under those Standards arefurther described in the Auditor's Responsibilities for the Audit of the Financial Statementssection of our report. We are independent of the Company in accordance with the Code ofEthics issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India together with the ethicalrequirements that are relevant to our audit of the financial statements under the provisions ofthe Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules thereunder, and we have fulfilled our other ethicalresponsibilities in accordance with these requirements and the Code of Ethics. We believethat the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis forour opinion.
Qualified Opinion
We draw your attention to Point No. 23 to the Notes to Accounts annexed with theFinancial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2020 where the company hasdecided not to provide for any provision in lieu of the impact of Covid 19 pandemic toits financial assets as per the annexed Financial Statements in contravention to theguidelines/advisory on "Impact of Corona Virus on Financial Reporting and theAuditors Consideration II issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India onMarch 27, 2020.
Accordingly, we are unable to ascertain impact of the same on the FinancialStatements.Our Opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.

d) Refer Note No. 23 under other notes in Notes to Accounts annexed with the financialstatements for the yoar ended March 31, 2020. Due to Covid 19 outbreak lockdown wasimposed across the country from March 22, 2020 and the business operations gotsuspended from the said date. The Company has started its operations of Paperdivision from July 24, 2020, however the hotel division stands closed till date until furtherdirections/ guidelines issued by the State/ Central Government with regards to re-opening.
e) Balance of Debtors & Creditors are subject to confirmation and reconciliationconsequential effect (if any) on the financial statement remains unascertained.
Information other than the financial statements and auditors' report thereon
The Company's board of directors is responsible for the preparation of the other information.The other information comprises the information included in the Annual Report, but does notinclude the financial statements and our auditor's report thereon.
Our opinion on the financial statements does not cover the other information and we do notexpress any form of assurance conclusion thereon.
In connection with our audit of the financial statements, our responsibility is to read the otherinformation and, in doing so, consider whether the other information is materially inconsistentwith the financial statements or our knowledge obtained during the course of our audit orotherwise appears to be materially misstated.
When we read the Annual Report, if we conclude that there is a material misstatement therein,we are required to communicate the matter to those charged with governance.

This responsibility also includes maintenance of adequate accounting records in accordancewith the provisions of the Act for safequardinr; of the assets of the Company and forpreventing and delcclinD frauds and other irregularities; selection and application ofappropriate accounting policies; making judgments and estimates that are reasonable andprudent; and desiqn, unotcmentation and maintenance of adequate internal financialcontrols, that were op ~r·(.1tinDeffectively for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of theaccounting records, relevant to the preparation and presentation of the financial statementsthat give a true and lair view and are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraudor error.
In preparing the financial statements, management is responsible for assessing theCompany's ability to continue as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable, matters relatedto going concern and using the going concern basis of accounting unless managementeither intends to liquidate the Company or to cease operations, or has no realistic alternativebut to do so.
The Board of Directors are also responsible for overseeing the Company's financial reportingprocess.
Auditor's Responsibilities for the Audit of the Financial Statements
Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statementsas a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issuean auditor's report that includes our opinion. This statement has been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (IND AS) prescribed under
Section 133 of the Compa nies Act, 2013 and other recognised accounting practices and policies to the exten t appl icable . Beginning April,
2017, the Compan y has for the First time adopted Ind AS with a transition date of April 1, 2016 .
The figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 and March 31, 2019 represent the balancing figures between the audited figures for the
full fi nancial year and the published year- to-date figures upto the third quarter of the respective financial yea r.
After Review by the Audit Committee , The above Financial Results have been approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held
on July 30, 2020 .
The Financial Results have been aud ited by the Statutory Auditors as required under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Reg . 2015 .The
Statutory Auditors ha ve issued unmodified opinion on the financial results for the year ended March 31 , 2020 .
Jn view of lockdown across the country due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, operations in both of our division (Paper & Hotel) were
shutdown in compl iance with th e directives orde'rs issued by the Central & State Government. The Company has evaluated the potential
impact of Covid - 19 on its capital and financial resources along with the profitability and financial performance, though it is too early to
estimate the sam e in vi ew of vo latility in the global economic conditions pursuant to this pandemic; the Company as at the date of the
approval of these financials used various available sources of information to analyse the carrying amount of its financial assets and
exposures .
Nil investors complaint was pending at the beginning of the quarter, During the quarter no compla int was received, Nil Complaint was
